Just a young man doing my best to be the best version of myself I can be. I don’t have it all figured out, but I’ve spent 7 years trying really hard to be kinder, better and happier, and I am very proud of the progress I’ve made so far along my spiritual journey. I hope that you might be able to find something that helps you in the words that I speak, and I welcome you along this path of personal growth and self improvement with me. I hope you have an absolutely wonderful day, you’re the cat’s pajamas. Keep being awesome. 🤙🏼

    #8 - Flowing Through Life (A Story)

A lesson I learned about when to work hard, and when to sit back and enjoy the flow of life around you. The lesson is this: sometimes it’s more valuable to simply appreciate the moment you find yourself in, without any aspirations to future goals. Somewhat ironically, this can lead to a better chance of achieving those goals! I talk a lot (as usual) and share a story from an adventure I had in Bariloche, Argentina with some new friends, a rock wall with an amazing view and a memorable bus ride home. I love you all, and thank you as always for your love and support. I hope you’re enjoying the show, and let me know what you think of this story time style of creation! You are all amazing people, go out and let your light shine. Keep being awesome ❤️ ————————————————————————— Here are some books and poems that had a profound impact on my life. All of them are awesome so pick one that calls your heart to it! Books: Meditations - Marcus Aurelius The Four Agreements - don Miguel Ruiz The Alchemist - Paolo Coelho The Prophet - Kahlil Gibran The Pocket Thich Nhat Han Art and Fear - Byles and Orland The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle The Miracle of Mindfulness- Thich Nhat Han Proverbs - the Bible To a God Unknown - John Steinbeck The Life of the Spirit - HW Mabie (free online) Ishmael - Daniel Quinn The Book: On the taboo against knowing who you are - Alan Watts Chicken Soup For the Soul Poems: The Man in the Arena - Teddy Roosevelt The Guesthouse- Rumi

    #5 - Building Habits!

Some strategies on how to build some amazing habits, and continue to build on that momentum! Massive credit for this episode goes to James Clear and his amazing book titled “Atomic Habits”. The Four Laws for forming a good habit are: 1. Make it obvious 2. Make it appealing 3. Make it easy 4. Make it satisfying And the inversion for breaking a bad habit: 1. Make it invisible 2. Make it unappealing 3. Make it difficult 4. Make it unsatisfying These lessons have been super helpful in my life, and I’ve been able to use them to great success. In this episode we also discuss some challenges that might arise as well as some tips and tricks I have used in my own life. In my opinion it’s good to take advice from the people who say “this is how I did it, and this is what worked for me,” and that’s how I try to give advice as well. Let me know if you have any more strategies that might be helpful to others and thank you as always for your support and love for what we are creating here together. I love you all and I hope you have a great day! Below are some books that have been life changing for me. Please let me know if you’ve read any or would like a book suggestion for a specific challenge in your life! Meditations - Marcus Aurelius The Four Agreements - don Miguel Ruiz The Alchemist - Paolo Coelho The Prophet - Kahlil Gibran The Pocket Thich Nhat Han Art and Fear - Byles and Orland The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle The Miracle of Mindfulness- Thich Nhat Han Proverbs - the Bible To a God Unknown - John Steinbeck The Life of the Spirit - HW Mabie (free online) Ishmael - Daniel Quinn The Book: On the taboo against knowing who you are - Alan Watts Chicken Soup For the Soul I love you all and I hope you have a wonderful day!

#4 - The Joy of Learning!

You are awesome and can learn anything! In this episode we talk about three steps to learning and growing: 1. Admit you want to learn - Far too often we lie to ourselves and try to convince our heart that we don’t want something, just because it seems hard. Admitting you want something is the first step to getting it 2. Have to courage to accept you don’t know yet - There is no shame in ignorance. The only problem arises when we refuse to admit it. Accept that “the first step to overcoming ignorance is to admit it” and you’re halfway there 3. Ask the people around you who seem to know - Those with knowledge and experience are some of the most generous and giving people you will meet. People love to feel helpful, and asking the experts around you for help and advice helps them as much as it helps you. Hope these ideas get your brain turning! Remember that the journey is more important than the destination, and always always always remember that there are a lot of things you can achieve once you decide to just give it a shot. You are all amazing people, I love you a whole heck of a lot. I wish you all a wonderful day, and go out and Give the Love YOU Got! Below are some books I found helpful along my journey. I hope you enjoy if you decide to read! Meditations - Marcus Aurelius The Four Agreements - don Miguel Ruiz The Alchemist - Paolo Coelho The Prophet - Kahlil Gibran The Pocket Thich Nhat Han Art and Fear - Byles and Orland The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle The Miracle of Mindfulness- Thich Nhat Han Proverbs - the Bible To a God Unknown - John Steinbeck The Life of the Spirit - HW Mabie (free online) Ishmael - Daniel Quinn The Book: On the taboo against knowing who you are - Alan Watts Chicken Soup For the Soul Bonus frog if you made it this far! 🐸
