EP 11: Human Design - How You're Actually Wired to Lead

April 2026 Topic: Human Design: How You're Actually Wired to Lead Before viewing this workshop, be sure to get your free Human Design profile here: https://www.taramcfarland.com/mydesign Description: Human Design is a glimpse into your energetic blueprint and who you were designed to be from day one. To get your chart, you must enter your date of birth, time of birth, and city of birth. Yes, this might sound a little 'woo', but we promise, it will be worth it! In this workshop, we'll cut through leadership advice telling you to hustle harder, show up bigger, or fit into a mold. In this session, we'll explore your aura type and the best way to structure how you lead. We'll decode your decision-making authority and strategy so you can make leadership decisions without the mental spiral, trusting your body's signals instead of overthinking every choice. Give yourself permission to lead in a way that works for YOU by understanding your Human Design. When you know and understand your design, you will: 1. Stop trying to lead like everyone else and create your version. 2. Listen to your body's signals to steer you in the right direction. 3. Give yourself permission to structure your days in a way that works for you. EP 9: Navigating Life's Polarities

February 2026 Topic: A Practical Guide to Navigating Life’s Polarities Description:  In moments of leveling up, we often find ourselves caught between two important truths: wanting stability and craving change. Prioritizing others and needing time for ourselves. Seeking confidence and practicing humility. These aren’t problems to solve—they’re polarities to navigate. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the concept of polarities through a guided mapping process adapted from the Navigating Polarities method. You'll choose one real-life tension you're holding and learn how to move from stuck and spinning to grounded and clear—without having to pick just one side.   In This Workshop, We Explore:     How to recognize a polarity (vs. a problem to solve)   Surface the wisdom in both poles: why each side matters   Map your own polarity to reveal your unique “trap” patterns   Leave with a personal strategy for moving forward with clarity and self-trust  This session is perfect for anyone navigating growth—and looking for tools to move forward without abandoning any part of themselves. 4. EP 8: The Art Of Living Framework (slow living)

    Jan 29

EP 8: The Art Of Living Framework (slow living)

January 2026 Topic: The Art of Living Well - The Provence Inspired Framework for Intentional Leadership Description:  You've achieved the success you set out to create—so why does it feel like something's missing? In this workshop, Cynthia Moos, founder of Best French Forever and slow living curator, invites you to embrace a slower pace of life as a pathway to sustainable leadership. Through her ART of Living Well™ framework, inspired by her upbringing in Provence, you'll learn to reconnect to yourself and lead with intention. Walk away with practical tools and reflection questions to redefine success on your own terms, where ambition and aliveness coexist. In This Workshop, We Explore:  Stay Connected:  Connect with her on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/cynthiamoos/  Follow her on Instagram: @bestfrenchforever Learn more about her upcoming retreats in France or her community Le BFF Club: https://www.bestfrenchforever.com/  Email her directly: bonjour@bestfrenchforever About Cynthia Moos:   Bonjour ! My name is Cynthia. Born and raised in a small village of Provence, I moved to the U.S. in 2014 to live with my love and now husband. Like many who start a new life in a new country, I eagerly embraced the American culture, its opportunities and way of life. But as time passed, I felt a quiet disconnect from the rhythms and traditions that had shaped me. The long, lingering meals, the simplicity of everyday pleasures, the deep appreciation for beauty in the ordinary… They were my way of life. And I missed them. To reconnect with my roots, I started a monthly newsletter and called it Best French Forever. It was a love letter to France, celebrating its culture, language, and way of living (I still write it to this today, and you can sign up here). What began as a personal outlet soon resonated with fellow Francophiles who shared my longing for France. Then, in 2020, as the world came to a halt and travel plans crumbled, I saw how many people felt the loss of connection to a place they loved. That’s when I launched a subscription box filled with treasures from Provence, bringing a little piece of France into homes across the U.S. But something was still missing… By 2023, I knew that Provence wasn’t just meant to be delivered in a box—it was meant to be felt, lived, and experienced. So, I pivoted. Instead of bringing Provence to women, I brought women to Provence. I created the BFF retreats, immersive voyages where women could step away from the noise, slow down, and rediscover themselves through the art de vivre of my homeland. For those who can’t make the trip, I’ve created Le BFF Club, bringing a touch of France to your daily lives. It offers monthly gatherings online and cultural experiences in the Denver area to keep the spirit of Provence alive. By inviting women to experience a slower, richer, more intentional way of living, I hope when they return home, they bring with them:✨ The joy of taking their time.✨ The intention to savor, rather than rush.✨ The wisdom to embrace beauty in the everyday. Because in a country that glorifies hustle and speed, choosing to slow down is, to me, a quiet revolution.
