EP1: Knowing Who You Are & Who You Help

Episode Synopsis On this episode of the Soul Led Legacy Podcast, Lauren Eliz Love guides you through the foundational question every entrepreneur faces: “Who am I, and who do I help?” With honesty and depth, she shares her own journey of starting as a blogger, evolving into a multiple six-figure brand, and embracing the ever-changing identity of a soul-led entrepreneur. This episode is all about giving yourself permission to evolve publicly, lead from where you are, and recognize that your originality is your power What You’ll Hear in This Episode 🌿 Why knowing who you are and who you help is the real starting point for building a soul-led business. 🌿 Lauren’s personal journey from early blogging days, to creating online courses, to building the Lauren of Love brand. 🌿 The misconception that you need everything “perfect” before showing up — and why public evolution is necessary. 🌿 How your business evolves alongside you, with examples of Lauren’s early programs (The Perfection Program, Broken to Beautiful) to her current signature offers (Wild Wealthy Feminine, HEAL, Body to Bank). 🌿 The truth about niche: why it can feel limiting, and Lauren’s approach to the “Power of Three” — helping multiple versions of your past self. 🌿 A reframing of leadership: it’s not about being at the top of the mountain, but walking beside others and guiding them through what you’ve already navigated. 🌿 Encouragement to claim the evidence of what you’ve already overcome and to trust that you don’t need to be perfect to learn Episode Homework The "What Makes you YOU exercise" - Take a blank piece of paper and draw a heart in the middle. Around that page write down all the things that make you YOU. What do you love? What are you passionate about? What are your values and personality traits? Put it all on a piece of paper to see it. They will become the foundations of your message and identity in the online space. Because when you understand yourself, you know how to show up. Being embodied in yourself and inspiring others by documenting and expressing that is the best way to grow your mission. Then ask from there: "Who are all the old versions of me that I am helping?" And then step three: Ask thematically "What are the three types of people here that I see that i can show to get creative around serving in this lifetime." Because you can help them all. You don't have to choose. 💌 Three Journaling Exercises to Anchor Clarity Who Am I? Draw a heart in the center of a blank page. Write your name inside. Surround it with words, qualities, passions, and values that make you you (hobbies, personality traits, spiritual practices, gifts). Who Do I Help? Reflect on the old versions of yourself you’ve already walked through. Write out the different types of people you feel called to serve, remembering they may mirror your own past experiences. The Power of Three Identify three “buckets” of clients you feel called to help. (For Lauren, these included entrepreneurs, women healing chronic illness/mental health, and women on a spiritual quest for self-love.) Let this exercise expand your clarity without forcing you to choose just one. ✨ Bonus Reflection: Ask yourself, What am I most excited to share and use my voice for right now?

    EP2: Healing Imposter Syndrome

Episode Synopsis On this episode of the Soul Led Legacy Podcast, Lauren Eliz Love unpacks one of the biggest challenges entrepreneurs face — imposter syndrome, or what she calls the “imposter monster.” Through vulnerable storytelling, deep spiritual perspective, and practical tools, Lauren reframes imposter feelings as sacred invitations into greater integrity, authenticity, and leadership. This episode helps you release self-doubt, reclaim your truth, and embody the confident leader you’re meant to be What You’ll Hear in This Episode 🌟 The moment Lauren received a powerful message from a student: “You embody how I want to be” — and how it sparked today’s topic. 🌟 How social media often amplifies both expansion and separation, creating comparison and disconnection. 🌟 A new perspective: imposter syndrome as a shadow frequency that shows up when you’re expanding to hold more light. 🌟 Why imposter syndrome isn’t evidence that you’re a fraud — but a sign of your integrity and deep care for others. 🌟 Lauren’s personal journey with imposter syndrome, from early days of financial struggle to running a multiple six-figure business. 🌟 The truth: your struggles and initiations don’t make you less credible — they make you more relatable and trustworthy. 🌟 Practical tools for navigating shadow energies like doubt, fear, irritation, and insecurity without bypassing them. 🌟 The reframe: leadership isn’t about perfection, but about evolving publicly, walking beside your clients, and being rooted in authenticity Episode Homework Get out a piece of paper and write down a list of all the harder energies you are coming into right relationship with. 'I am coming into right relationship with _______(whatever the low vibrational shadow is)" Hang it up somewhere you see it. Fear of failure, Imposter syndrome, self-doubt, insecurity... whatever it may be. Write it out and put it somewhere you see every day so that when those things come up you have a loving perspective of healing around them. These emotions come up for your initiation and it is safe to feel them. Finally, ask a really simple question: "What evidence do I have to believe in myself?" Make a long list of all the reasons why you SHOULD believe in yourself. What are the energies of dissonance that come up in my entrepreneurial path regularly? These are the energies that deregulate your nervous system and derail your train on the path to success. Is it fear? Insecurity? Self-doubt? Or imposter syndrome? What are these shadows and can you lovingly face them? Then ask yourself: "How far have I come? How far have I really come?" Find the power in that and make a list of all the ways you have overcome and achieved. "Who did I used to be?"   💌 Journal Prompts to Transform the Imposter Monster Energetic Dissonance Scan Write down the shadow energies that show up most often in your business (ex: fear, judgment, insecurity, imposter syndrome). Ask: How are these energies deregulating my nervous system or pulling me out of alignment? Dialogue With the Shadow When the imposter voice arises (“You’re a fraud,” “You’re not good enough”), write down the exact words. Then ask: What is this really trying to show me? What truth or need lies underneath this voice? Evidence List Create a long list of all the evidence you have that proves you are powerful, capable, and worthy. Big or small — riding a bike, getting a job, healing something, overcoming a struggle. Let this list remind you of your strength. Integrity Intention Write a statement and place it somewhere visible: “I am coming into right relationship with my imposter syndrome (or fear, or shadow). I honor it as my teacher and let it guide me back into alignment.”

This episode is a deep reframe on money as a sacred mirror and a tool for expansion What You’ll Hear in This Episode 💸 Why so many entrepreneurs struggle with money blocks, even when they have the skills and gifts to succeed. 💸 Lauren’s childhood money memories — from bringing thousands in communion gifts to school, to feeling ashamed of wanting “extras” like getting her nails done. 💸 How immigrant family dynamics, Catholic upbringing, and childhood interpretations created patterns of hustle, scarcity, and secrecy. 💸 The truth: your current financial reality is a reflection of your past choices, not a predictor of your future. 💸 Why money is not neutral — it’s a sacred mirror showing where unhealed wounds still live. 💸 How overworking, self-sabotage, and cycles of feast-or-famine often trace back to safety and worthiness wounds. 💸 Reframing money as a reflection of self-love, safety, and alignment — not hustle or external validation. 💸 The importance of finding both selfless motivators (family, service, contribution) and selfish motivators (joy, pleasure, self-care) for wealth Episode Homework 💌 Money Healing Practices & Journal Prompts Money Receiving List Create a list titled “My Money Receiving List.” Write down everything — big and small — that you’d love to do with money (vacations, self-care treats, donations, investments, playful desires).
