    Living in Orbit 🌿 Last week, we practiced being here. Not fixing. Not rushing. Just arriving. This week… we listen. Not to productivity. Not to the noise. But to the quiet creative voice that learned to stay silent to survive. Week 2 is inspired by The Artist’s Way not as a task list, but as a permission slip. To write without knowing why. To sit with resistance without judging it. To create space instead of forcing results. I’m doing this with you. Some days I feel inspired. Some days I don’t want to show up at all. And that’s part of it. You don’t have to do this perfectly. You don’t have to do it every day.     Yesterday was about arriving. Today is about releasing urgency. Most of us live as if time is chasing us. As if we’re already late to our own lives. Late to healing. Late to love. Late to success. Late to becoming who we’re ‘supposed’ to be. But let me say something gently — and honestly: Time was never meant to pressure you. It was meant to hold you. The clock you live by — the deadlines, the milestones, the timelines — those are human inventions. Useful sometimes. But dangerous when they become your inner voice. Because when the clock becomes your guide, everything feels rushed. And when everything feels rushed, you abandon yourself. You stop listening to your body. You stop listening to your intuition. You stop trusting your own pace. And then you wonder why nothing feels aligned. Today, we’re not trying to manage time better. We’re learning how to relate to it differently. You don’t need more hours. You need permission to move at your rhythm. And yes — that rhythm will change. Some seasons you’ll move fast. Some seasons you’ll move slowly. Neither is wrong.
