Andy Tegethoff joins Jamie Wolf on The Source to look back on his 15 years at Jorgensen Land & Cattle and the growth of JLC's bull leasing and SmartBull programs. Andy shares how he went from selling cars to becoming VP of Sales at JLC, how the bull leasing program has evolved over the years, and why leasing has become an increasingly popular option for cattle producers. They break down what makes a Jorgensen lease bull different, why two-year-old lease bulls are in such high demand, and how those bulls eventually move into the SmartBull program. They also discuss the growth of SmartBulls across the country, changes in technology and inventory management at JLC, and how the operation has grown during Andy's time with the company.
