    61 The Accountability Mirror

Coach Sapphire Starr and Coach Kyle McCloud continue their journey through David Goggins' Can't Hurt Me challenges. Moving into Challenge Two, the focus shifts to The Accountability Mirror: facing your daily reality, posting your goals and insecurities where you can see them, and building the discipline to follow through. Key Highlights: The Danger of Dismissing the Wins: Kyle and Sapphire talk about the drive that keeps entrepreneurs pushing, even after hitting major milestones. Kyle shares how easy it is to look past a win because the final target is still far off, and why having people around you to call out and celebrate those steps matters. The Engine Behind Accountability: Sapphire breaks down her core framework for staying accountable: set clear intentions, build an action plan, surround yourself with a driven community, and execute. Kyle emphasizes starting each morning asking what specific actions need to get done that day to move the needle. The Power of Virtual Co-Working: The hosts discuss the growth of Cloud9, the virtual co-working community they founded. Spanning from the East Coast to Hawaii, Cloud9 gives entrepreneurs a grounded space to avoid isolation, cut out busywork, and focus on daily revenue-generating activities. Pivoting as Part of the Process: Discussing Adam Grant's book Think Again, Kyle shares how he moved past the fear of looking indecisive when shifting business models. He now builds time into his weekly calendar to evaluate the landscape and pivot without hesitation. Sapphire adds that staying in the game and learning through iterations beats sitting on the sidelines. Concrete Wins from Daily Execution: Kyle: Moving from concept to implementation fast, launching multiple sites for his brand, and building his AI agency, Inspire Legacy AI. Sapphire: Expanding Wealth Builders Savannah and launching the campaign for the Money Bus, raising $8,000 of her $85,000 goal toward bringing financial education directly to the community. Confronting Insecurities: Sapphire: Managing the occasional voice of doubt about timing, which she counters with the mindset of "it is not if, but when," while learning to release guilt around rest and travel. Kyle: Weighing the real personal costs and sacrifices of the journey against the fear of falling short, using past evidence of progress and daily consistency as the fuel to keep moving forward. Soul-Shifting Takeaways: Treat each quarter with the urgency of a full year to cut through procrastination. Surround yourself with people who challenge you to pull yourself out of your comfort zone. Consistency and community turn hard seasons into steady progress. Final Words from the Hosts: Coach Kyle: "Amongst counselors there is safety."Coach Sapphire: "Find your tribe." 60 Can't Hurt Me_ Master Your Mind, Defy the Odds and Unlock the Strength Hidden Within Your Pain

This season, the conversations center around the themes and mindset shifts inspired by David Goggins' book, Can't Hurt Me. In this episode, Kyle and Sapphire tackle the very first challenge: The Bad Hand Audit—looking back at life's most difficult, painful, or traumatic moments, putting them on paper, and deciding not to use them as excuses, but as fuel. Key Highlights: Navigating Newark and the Shield of Invisibility: Kyle shares what it was like transitioning from a quiet neighborhood in Plainfield to attending a private boys' school in Newark, New Jersey. Experiencing random acts of street violence on his first day taught him to put on a protective layer of "invisibility" and blend into his surroundings. That survival mechanism kept him safe as a kid, but it took well into adulthood to recognize how playing small and keeping the armor on can also block connection. Five Years Old and Standing Guard: Sapphire recalls a defining childhood memory in the Hitch Village projects of Savannah, Georgia. Waking up to her mother's screams, she gathered her younger brothers and banged on the bedroom door, ready to protect her family. That moment marked the start of her father walking out of her life, planting roots of abandonment and anxious attachment, but also shaping her into a natural protector, leader, and survivor. Owning the Coach Role in Your Life: Kyle brings in a football analogy to look at personal responsibility. When everything is going wrong on the field, the coach takes total ownership of the outcome. Acknowledging a "bad hand" isn't about accepting blame for things done to you as a child. It is about taking full responsibility for how you respond, adapt, and lead your life today. Heroes vs. Villains: A conversation on how pain shapes people differently. Hurt people often inflict pain on others or justify extreme measures for what they see as the greater good, while others use the exact same pain as a reason to protect, serve, and build up those around them. Season Four Rapid Fire Round: Past victories that fuel endurance: Kyle: Completing 140 miles of a grueling 170-mile bike ride, pushing past intense physical pain to discover that there is clarity and relief on the other side. Sapphire: Pushing through the final miles of her very first 26.2-mile marathon when her body wanted to quit, proving that the finish line is won in the mind. Accomplishments built on discipline, not talent: Kyle: Long-distance endurance cycling. Starting from getting sick in the driveway after 50 miles on a hybrid bike to consistently putting in high-mileage rides through sheer consistency. Sapphire: Building her real estate investing business from the ground up starting in 2021 with zero prior experience, driven purely by the vision of long-term freedom. A failure they are grateful for: Both: Their past divorces. While painful and difficult at the time, those endings forced growth. For Kyle, it led directly to the family and life he has now. For Sapphire, it was the financial wake-up call that sparked her path to financial wellness and freedom. Current season title: Sapphire: "Becoming" (stepping fully into who she has grown to be). Kyle: "0.4%" (working within the slim margins where the real turnaround happens). Soul-Shifting Challenge:Take time this week to complete your own Bad Hand Audit. Write down the hard moments that tried to define you, look at them honestly, and ask how you can convert that past friction into current power. Final Thought from Coach Kyle:"Give yourself permission to be where you are." Please Like, Comment, & Share! 59 We Don't Look Like What We've Been Through with Dr. Tiffany Harris

Soul Shift Sessions Podcast: From Breakdown to Breakthrough with Dr. Tiffany Harris Season four opens with a powerful conversation about healing, self-worth, faith, and the courage to walk away from what no longer serves you. Coach Sapphire Starr and Coach Kyle McCloud welcome back friend of the podcast, Dr. Tiffany Harris, also known as the Mindset Shift Architect. Dr. Tiffany is a speaker, author, founder of When Women Empower Community, and the voice behind Mindset Shift with Tiff. Her newly released collaborative anthology, We Don’t Look Like What We’ve Been Through, Series Two, features 10 women sharing real stories of overcoming betrayal, abuse, grief, loss, adversity, and the difficult road back to themselves. Dr. Tiffany opens up about a relationship that left her questioning her worth, losing focus on her business, and experiencing physical symptoms of stress and anxiety. Her body was telling her what her mind was not yet ready to fully accept. When she discovered she was one of eight women involved with the same man, she knew it was time to leave. That moment became part of a larger lesson: “The breakdown was necessary for the breakthrough.” Instead of centering the story on what the other person did, Dr. Tiffany shares how she found herself again. She talks about healing, rebuilding her relationship with God, recognizing her value, and no longer believing that another person is responsible for supplying what she needs. The conversation also explores why she created the We Don’t Look Like What We’ve Been Through anthology series. What began as an idea during a Thursday growth session inside her women’s community became a space for women to tell the truth about their lives and remind others that healing is possible. Dr. Tiffany also shares a full-circle love story. After walking away from a toxic relationship, she reconnected with the man who is now her husband, Andre Harris. Their journey led to marriage and a shared brand, Locked and Loaded Love. Key takeaways from this episode: Your body may recognize what your mind is still trying to rationalize. Ask yourself, “What is this relationship or situation costing me?” Healing changes what you are willing to tolerate. Gratitude can remind you of the evidence of how far you have come. Discipline helps you keep showing up when motivation is low. You are allowed to choose yourself, set boundaries, and expect respect. A difficult chapter does not get to define the rest of your story. In the rapid fire round, Dr. Tiffany shares the five actions that helped turn her life around during one of her hardest seasons: Shift your mindset. Identify your why. Reactivate your faith. Pray. Ask for help. Her title for this current season of life: “She Thrived Through It All.” Dr. Tiffany is also preparing for the fourth annual When Women Empower Brunch Conference in Philadelphia. The theme is Women Who Multiply in Faith, Income, and Impact. Connect with Dr. Tiffany Harris at tiffanyharris.net, or find her on LinkedIn and Facebook as Dr. Tiffany R. Harris. Follow Mindset Shift with Tiff on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As Coach Kyle McCloud reminds us: “It is the heart that is resilient and forgiving, but it is the mind that causes stress.” If this conversation gives you a soul shift, share it with someone who needs to hear it. 58: Think like a Millionaire at 18: What Most People Learn Too Late with Saahil Baxi

In this episode, Coach Sapphire Star and Coach Kyle McCloud sit down with Saahil Baxi, an 18-year-old TEDx speaker and host of the Future Millionaires Podcast. Saahil is on a mission to bridge the wealth gap for the younger generation—not just with dollars, but with the specific mental shifts needed to build a life of freedom. Key Highlights: The Early Advantage: Homeschooled and mentored by his father, Saahil started his business journey at 16. He didn't start with a big bank account; he began by cold-calling business owners to offer AI consulting to build communication skills and overcome the fear of rejection. The Power of Intentionality: Saahil stresses that for young people, the superpower isn't how much you invest, but how early you start. Starting at 15 instead of 30 provides a massive 15-year head start that is almost impossible to catch up on later.Natural Empathy as a Superpower: Saahil’s father pointed out that his son has a natural gift for creating a safe space for guests. This empathy allows him to have deep, emotional conversations with millionaires and mentors, proving that his wise-beyond-his-years perspective is his greatest asset.Unlearning Procrastination: For teenagers, Saahil identifies procrastination as the biggest hurdle. If you procrastinate on homework, you will procrastinate on your dreams. He suggests systems for emotional regulation—like evening walks on the beach—to clear the mind and stay on track.Redefining Wealth: For the Baxi family, wealth meant the freedom to create memories, like going to Disney World over 200 times. It is about the "Freedom of Time"—the ability to do what you want, when you want, with the people you love.AI as a Leveler: Saahil encourages his generation to use AI as their next best coach. From learning to draw to building a business plan, the tools at our fingertips leave no excuse for a lack of knowledge.Soul-Shifting Quote: "Action creates clarity, but waiting creates doubt." Rapid Fire Gems: One word: Driven.Book: Rich Dad Poor Dad (Robert Kiyosaki).Presence: Capable.Mirror note: "Action."Final Words: "What you do today can improve all your tomorrows." 57: From the Struggle Bus to the Money Bus with Coach Sapphire Starr!

In this special episode, the roles flip. Coach Kyle McCloud takes the lead as host while Coach Sapphire Star steps into the guest seat. And it gets real. This isn’t just a conversation. It’s a look at the moments, decisions, and mindset shifts that shaped who Sapphire is today and what she’s building next. Key Highlights: Before the Mission: Sapphire goes back to being a curious 9-year-old mixing “potions” and looking at the stars, already asking, “This can’t be it.” That curiosity never left. It just matured. The Turning Points:A comment from a stranger on a bus while she was a pregnant teen could have broken her. Instead, it lit a fire. Later, a divorce and financial struggle forced another shift. That’s when she realized hustle alone wasn’t enough. She had to learn how money actually works. Unlearning Worth:One of the biggest shifts was letting go of the belief that worth is tied to titles, income, or things. That change opened the door to abundance, not just survival. The Why Behind It All:Her daughter. Plain and simple. Having someone to live for pushed her to keep going, even when things were hard. The Birth of the Money Bus:Inspired by her Aunt Judy’s community work and a deeply personal experience after her passing, Sapphire knew she was meant to build something that served others. What started as an idea for a physical space turned into something bigger. A mobile financial education platform designed to meet people where they are. Trusting the Process:Not fear. Not doubt about whether it would work. The real challenge was trusting herself. Trusting people. Letting others support the vision. Hitting “publish” on a crowdfunding campaign wasn’t easy, but it changed everything. The Bigger Mission:Wealth Builder Savannah and the Money Bus aren’t just about money. They’re about freedom. Time. Choice. Living instead of surviving. And helping people see what’s possible, even if they don’t realize they’re stuck yet. Soul-Shifting Quote:“If I can change one person’s life, I can change a million.” Final Reflection:“What we don’t need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human.” Connect + Support:SapphireStar.com Support the mission. Share it. Be part of it. And if this episode hit you, don’t keep it to yourself. Someone else needs to hear it. Please Like, Comment, & Share! 56: What Creatives Need to Know About Contracts, IP, and Ownership with Attorney Paisley Piasecki

Soul Shift Sessions Podcast: Owning Your Creativity – Contracts, IP, and Ownership In this high-energy episode of Soul Shift Sessions, host Coach Sapphire Star and co-host Coach Kyle McCloud sit down with Paisley Piasecki, a Savannah-based attorney and creative strategist. Paisley shares her journey from "Big Law" in New York to launching her own multifaceted solo practice, helping creative entrepreneurs navigate the often-intimidating world of Intellectual Property (IP). Key Highlights: The Leap to Solo: Paisley Piasecki discusses her transition from a high-pressure "Suits-style" corporate firm to becoming a freelance legal strategist. She emphasizes the importance of personal fulfillment and health, noting that while Big Law offers incredible experience, the 24/7 unpredictability can lead to burnout.Demystifying IP: Paisley breaks down Intellectual Property as "the things we create." Whether it's a logo (trademark), a course (copyright), or software (patent/trade secret), understanding what you own is the first step to protecting it. Her mantra: "IP is everywhere."The AI Conundrum: A deep dive into the risks of using AI for content creation. Paisley warns that tools like ChatGPT are great for brainstorming but risky for final outputs due to potential copyright infringement and the "uncanny valley" look of AI images. She also highlights the ethical risks for lawyers putting confidential data into AI.Protecting Your Business:Mindset & Independence: As an only child who chose boarding school at 14, Paisley attributes her success to a lifelong sense of independence and the courage to say, "This is not what I want."Soul-Shifting Quote: "The good news is you're on your own. The bad news is you're also on your own. But the good news is that you're on your own." (via Taylor Swift) Rapid Fire Gems: One word: Evolving.Book: The Let Them Theory (Mel Robbins)—a guide to letting go of control in relationships.Presence: Inspired.Mirror note: "New Day"—a reminder that every morning is a fresh start.Final Words: "What we don't need in the midst of struggle is shame for being human." 55: When the Body Speaks_ Learning to Listen Instead of Pushing Through with Maria Soprano

Returning friend of the podcast Maria Soprano (Karma Free Living), holistic wellness coach, speaker, and author, joins hosts Coach Sapphire Star and Coach Kyle McCloud (Season 3!) to reveal how our bodies are self-healing machines—if we stop silencing them with pills and hustle culture. Key Highlights: Body as Healer: Maria shares her escape from depression, autoimmune issues, and the "pill-diagnosis-side effect" cycle. From her channeled book: "You do not need to beg to be healed. You need to remember that you are the healer." Heal via mindset, food, neural rewiring (meditations, stillness), and listening—headaches signal dehydration/stress, not "pop a pill."Listen, Don't Silence: Symptoms (dry skin, bags, migraines) are communication. Ditch table salt for Celtic/Himalayan (minerals for blood pumping, hydration); save organic seeds to combat GMO tampering. Avoid toxins in deodorant/perfume (lymph node carcinogens). Blue Zones (e.g., Loma Linda) prove: Plant-based, community, purpose, outdoor activity = longevity.Hustle Trap: U.S. stress induces heart disease/diabetes. Travel exposes it—Hawaii/Spain siestas, island calm. Honor body: Daily check-ins ("What do you need?"), rest, hydration. Maria's East Coast trip: Ignored dehydration headache, body rejected Tylenol—forcing magnesium baths/salt.Practical Starts: Body-scan meditation; local farmers over "organic" labels; essential oils over synthetics. Programs like Remember & Reset (launching soon), Rise & Thrive (March, 8-weeks), workshops—build tribe for subconscious/mindset/food healing.Plant-Based Power: Food = communion/energy transfer. Trauma in animal products disconnects from source, breeds disease. Shift to life-giving plants for lightness, calm, "breathing" ease.Soul-Shifting Quote: "Our bodies are beautiful self-healing machines. When given the right foods, mindset, we are healing machines—not broken beings always crying about being sick." Rapid Fire Gems: One word: Flourish.Book: The Surrender Experiment (Michael Singer)—surrender to life's flow.Presence: Inspired, empowered, remembering wholeness.Mirror note: "You got this girl. Stop worrying."Final Words: "Try to be a rainbow in someone else's cloud." Connect: KarmaFreeLiving.com or @karmafreeliving (IG/FB). Free workshops, online groups—reclaim your healing power! 54: The Cost of Caring: How Caregivers Heal While Giving

Soul Shift Sessions Podcast: The Cost of Caring – How Caregivers Can Heal While Giving In this heartfelt episode of Soul Shift Sessions, host Coach Sapphire Star and co-host Coach Kyle McLeod welcome Carla Prayer (Inner Beauty By Design), an 8-year caregiver, self-care coach, speaker, and advocate, to unpack the emotional, physical, and mental toll of caregiving—and how to thrive through it. Key Highlights: Carla's Journey: After closing her 40+ year salon to care for her husband Patrick (diagnosed with mixed Lewy Body Dementia, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's in 2018 after 4 years of symptoms), Carla pivoted to full-time caregiving. She emphasizes holistic self-care (spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, financial) via nutrition, exercise, faith, positive energy, and support groups to handle "shockwaves" without burnout. Lewy Body Dementia Insights: Often misdiagnosed (mimics Parkinson's/Alzheimer's), patients are aware of their decline—unlike other dementias. Advocate fiercely: Research, join groups, update doctors with symptoms, secure healthcare directives/power of attorney. Carla fought for Patrick's diagnosis and helped pass California AB 2047 for better doctor training. Emotional Toll & Healing: Don't go alone—many caregivers die first from isolation. Shift mindset: Protect yourself first (oxygen mask analogy), use positive self-talk ("I can do all things"), borrow others' strength, laugh through hallucinations (hilarious "truck on the fence" story), and find joy in furry companions (Carla's doggy daycare pivot from "no pets indoors" skeptic!). Practical Gems: Warm water/lotions for care rituals; choose hospices wisely (Carla's was "beautiful"); prepare pre-diagnosis (legal docs, finances). Now, Carla coaches caregivers, turning pain into purpose via her upcoming book (August 18, 2026, anniversary release) on her "by design" life from age 5. Pivots & Rewards: From salon chair to self-care coaching and doggy daycare (under 40lbs!), Carla models unconditional love, vulnerability in safe spaces, and openness to change. Soul-Shifting Quote: "You cannot or should not do it on your own... When impacted physically, mentally, and emotionally, don't do it alone." Rapid Fire Gems: One word: Blessed.Books: Boundaries (Bruce Wilkinson), No Matter What (Lisa Nichols). Presence: Bring light, hope, joy. Mirror note: "Girl, you got this. You were created for this. Let's go get it." Final Words: "Gratitude isn't always about what's going right. It's about finding a little light in the moment that we're in."
