A Guided Meditation for Mabon: Finding Light Within Darkness

Send us Fan Mail Mabon, the autumn equinox occurring around September 21–23, marks the second harvest sabbat—a fleeting moment of perfect balance before the light gives way to the long darkness of winter. It is a time for paradox: celebrating the harvest yield while grieving the end of summer, and finding beauty in impermanence. At this seasonal crossroads, Mabon invites us to give thanks for our blessings, release what no longer serves us, and carry forward only what truly matters. Honor the season with this guided meditation as you travel into a visualization with Christy to an ancient realm, finding light within darkness as we celebrate the Celtic Sabbat Mabon. 🔮Work with Lindsay for a birth chart reading 📥 Send us an email at celestialoriginspodcast@gmail.com if you would like to work with us or to be a guest on the show. ✨Follow The Celestial Origins Podcast on Facebook and connect with us on Instagram @celestial.origins.podcast  💗Support the show!
