She previously was the Senior Health Analyst for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Administration & Finance, where she developed strategies and resources to address critical health priorities. Leslie graduated from St. Lawrence University and holds a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.Melinda Marble is a philanthropic advisor and writer with extensive leadership experience in foundation management. Her leadership roles include being the first Executive Director of The Patrick J. McGovern Foundation, Director of Family Philanthropy at Pilot House Associates, and Executive Director of The Paul and Phyllis Fireman Charitable Foundation. Earlier in her career, Melinda served as a Senior Associate at The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI), counseling individual, corporate, and foundation clients on developing strategic funding programs. She also held the role of Vice President for Program at The Boston Foundation, where she focused on fostering community-building strategies. Melinda earned her Bachelor's in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley.

In 2020, the Nashville Post recognized him as part of their All-Star Board.
