This episode of The Biggest Loser (7 part 1) was FACE OFF week. With intense competition, emotional moments, and once again, teetering on the line of pushing the contestants over the edge...it can be too much. Growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, it's true, but... when is too much, TOO MUCH??The contestants went head-to-head in a face-off challenge, battling members of the opposing team to earn valuable points for the weigh in. Every matchup mattered because the losing team would face elimination. The pressure wasn't just at the weigh-in. During a training session, one contestant became overwhelmed as her trainer (Jillian) pushed her to keep running while cameras captured every emotional moment. It raises an interesting question: Can pushing someone beyond their limits build confidence, or can it sometimes go too far? Would YOU be able to handle a camera in your face in that moment???The face off also makes me wonder about fairness of the competition. A lot of the contestants seemed fairly matched...while others not so much...shouldn't it be based on weight loss percentage, similar height/weight, etc??Thanks for dealing with my rambling and hope you got a bit of motivation out of it!!Happy goal getting! 💙 @loseandmaintains #BiggestLoserreaction, #TheBiggestLoser, #creationmotivationsite, #WeightLossJourney, #WeightLossMotivation, #TransformationJourney, #FitnessMotivation, #WorkoutMotivation, #MentalStrength, #MindsetMatters, #HealthyLifestyle, #HealthyHabits, #NeverGiveUp, #PushYourLimits, #SelfImprovement, #Consistency, #ProgressNotPerfection, #GoalSetting, #MotivationDaily, #RealityTV, #WeightLossCommunity, #CreateMotivateThrive, #CreationMotivation, #LoseAndMaintain
