EP 45 - Back to Routine in Midlife: How to Keep the Freedom, Fun & Flow of Summer

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. Summer is winding down. The emails have started, calendars are filling up, kids are heading back to school, work routines are returning and there’s this collective feeling of: Okay, here we go. Back to reality. But why do we assume going back to reality means leaving the freedom, flexibility and fun of summer behind? This summer gave me a crash course in flexibility — including having five drivers at home and only four cars — while I was simultaneously teaching a four-week study of The Artist’s Way centered around recovering creativity, intuition, play and flow. Funny how often we end up teaching exactly what we need to learn ourselves. In this episode of Midlife Audacity, I’m talking about what I’m intentionally bringing with me into September: more flexibility, more fun and more flow. We’ll talk about core values, what our calendars reveal about what we truly prioritize, and how to return to structure and responsibility without automatically returning to autopilot. Before you launch yourself back into your fall routine, take a few minutes to sit with the three questions I share at the end of the episode: What did summer remind me that I love? What did summer teach me about myself? What am I unwilling to leave behind just because the season is changing? Summer doesn’t have to be the place where you visit a freer version of yourself for a few weeks every year. You get to bring summer with you. Soulful Sunday Newsletter:  Each week, you’ll hear from me in a way that’s simple, intentional, and easy to stay connected to. Ep 44 - Virgo Season & The Sacred Edit: What Are You Ready to Let Go Of?

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. Virgo season is here, and whether you’re a Virgo or not, there’s something about this time of year that feels like a fresh start. The end of summer. Back-to-school energy. New routines, new planners, and that familiar feeling of, Okay, time to get my shit together. But what if this season isn’t only about what you’re ready to begin? What if it’s also about what you’re ready to leave behind? In this episode of Midlife Audacity, we’re using the energy of Virgo season as an invitation to refine rather than reinvent, to take an honest look at the habits, roles, expectations, automatic yeses, and “it’s fine” moments we may be carrying simply because we’ve gotten used to carrying them. We’ll explore the idea of the sacred edit, the subtle ways self-abandonment can show up in everyday life, and why transformation doesn’t always require blowing up your life. Sometimes it begins with noticing one small place where you keep leaving yourself and choosing differently. I’m also planting the very first seed for something that’s been taking shape in my mind: The Cancellation Project. So as we enter this new season, I’m leaving you with two questions: What are you ready to refine? And what are you finally ready to cancel? Ep 43 - "It’s Fine”: The Coded Language of Self-Abandonment

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. Have you ever said “It’s fine” when, deep down, you knew it really wasn’t? In this episode of Midlife Audacity, Celeste explores the subtle ways self-abandonment can show up in everyday life—and why it often doesn’t look like self-abandonment at all. It can look like being the strong one, the easygoing one, the peacekeeper, the independent one, or the woman who insists she can handle everything herself. From “I’m fine” and “whatever” to “it’s not a big deal,” “I don’t care,” and “I’m used to it,” we develop coded language that can help us unconsciously bypass what we’re actually feeling. But the phrase itself isn’t the problem. The reflex is. In this episode, we explore why these patterns can become tied to safety, belonging and identity, how to recognize when you’re overriding your own truth, and one simple practice for interrupting the pattern. Because maybe the work of midlife isn’t about becoming someone completely different. Maybe it’s about walking yourself home. Listen in and ask yourself one simple question: Is it actually fine? Ep 42 - The Courage to Believe Before You See: Trust, Certainty & Infinite Possibility

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. What if certainty isn’t knowing exactly how things are going to work out? What if certainty is trusting that there are possibilities available to you that you simply can’t see yet? Inspired by Leo season, the Lion’s Gate Portal, and the symbolism of 8/8 and infinity, this episode explores courage, uncertainty, trust, and what it means to stay open when you don’t have all the answers. I share two personal stories that show both sides of uncertainty: how our need to know what’s coming can steal the joy from the life happening right now, and what can happen when we loosen our grip, trust, and allow ourselves to be supported in ways we never could have planned. We’ll also play with a few simple practices to help you shift from needing to know how to becoming curious about what’s possible. Because courage doesn’t come after the evidence. Sometimes courage is believing before you can see. Maybe there’s another way. Maybe something is unfolding that you can’t see yet. Maybe God has an idea you haven’t thought of. Stay open to possibility. And as always, keep being bold and audacious. ✨ Soulful Sunday Newsletter:  Each week, you’ll hear from me in a way that’s simple, intentional, and easy to stay connected to. Ep 41 - How to Stop Self-Abandoning and Return to Your Authentic Self

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. What if the woman you're searching for isn't someone you need to become...but someone you simply need to remember? This week I'm sharing a special episode from a live masterclass I taught called Here I Am. After revisiting it recently, I realized the message is just as relevant today as it was when I first taught it. So many women spend years wearing masks, people pleasing, overgiving, and living according to roles they've outgrown. Somewhere along the way, they lose touch with the woman God created them to be. In this episode, we explore:  • Why self-abandonment happens and how it quietly becomes our default  • The difference between living from fear versus living from your soul  • Why your worth has never been tied to your productivity or other people's approval  • How to reconnect with your authentic identity in this season of midlife  • Two simple exercises you can begin using today to strengthen your intuition and trust yourself again This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to yourself. Grab your journal, settle in, and let's begin the work of remembering who you've always been. Journal Prompts from this Episode:  Where in your life are you betraying your truth to gain love, control, or acceptance?  What would it feel like to choose yourself instead? ✨ Book Study Seminars begins this week, and I couldn't be more excited. We'll be spending the next four weeks using The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron as our guide to recover our creativity, strengthen our intuition, and return to the flow that's been within us all along. If you've been thinking about joining, there's still time to grab a seat at the table. I'd love to have you with us. If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to share it with a friend, leave a review, and subscribe so you never miss an episode. Until next time...keep being bold, soulful, and audacious. Ep. 40 - How to Refill Your Well: Finding Your Way Back to Creativity, Flow & Yourself

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. This week, I sat down to record a podcast... and nothing came. No big lesson. No inspiring story. No topic I was excited to teach. At first, I thought I needed to push through it. But then I realized maybe the answer wasn't to force another episode. Maybe it was to ask a different question: How do we refill our well? In this conversation, I'm reflecting on the importance of stepping away from constant output and creating space to receive. We explore the rhythms of creativity, why inspiration can't be forced, and a few of the simple practices that help me reconnect with God, myself, and the flow that's always waiting beneath the noise. If you've been feeling uninspired, stretched thin, or like you've been pouring from an empty cup, this episode is your permission slip to pause, breathe, and refill your well. Because sometimes the most productive thing we can do... is receive. Soulful Sunday Newsletter:  Each week, you’ll hear from me in a way that’s simple, intentional, and easy to stay connected to. Ep 39 - What My Birth Chart Taught Me About Myself | Cancer Sun, Aquarius Moon & Gemini Rising

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. Have you ever discovered something about yourself that made you pause and think, "Huh... that actually explains a lot?" In this birthday reflection episode, I'm sharing what happened when I began exploring Tropical Astrology as a complete beginner. No predictions. No expertise. Just curiosity. After turning 53, I started learning about the three foundational pieces of a birth chart, often called The Big Three: your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs. As I explored my own chart (Cancer Sun, Aquarius Moon, Gemini Rising), I found myself asking deeper questions about who I've always been and how those qualities have quietly shaped my life. In this episode we explore: • What Tropical Astrology is (and how it differs from Sidereal Astrology) • The meaning of your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs • Why curiosity may be one of the greatest gifts of midlife • How astrology became another lens for self-awareness alongside neuroscience, faith, Human Design, and The Artist's Way • Why understanding ourselves is often more powerful than trying to fix ourselves This episode is less about astrology and more about self-discovery. Whether you've been studying your birth chart for years or have never looked at one before, my hope is that this conversation inspires you to become a little more curious about yourself. A heartfelt thank you to Gabi Turik, whose wisdom and guidance sparked my curiosity and encouraged me to explore my birth chart through the lens of Tropical Astrology. What I appreciated most was that she didn't tell me who I am. She simply offered another framework for understanding myself more deeply. If you're interested in learning more about Gabi's work or booking a reading, visit https://www.gabiturik.com. Gabi also recommends https://www.astro.com as an excellent free resource for generating your own birth chart. All you'll need is your birth date, the exact time you were born (if possible), and your birthplace to begin exploring your own Big Three. If this episode resonates with you, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Share your Big Three with me on Instagram or send me a message. I'm learning right alongside you. Until next time, keep being bold, keep being audacious, and keep walking yourself home. Ep 38 - Why the Best Moments in Life Aren't on the Itinerary: Lessons on Trust, Intuition & Presence

Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message. What if the most meaningful moments in your life aren't the ones you planned? After returning home from two unforgettable weeks in Italy with her three children, Celeste shares the deeper lessons she brought back with her. This isn't a travel recap. It's a conversation about what happens when we loosen our grip, trust our intuition, and create space for life to surprise us. In this episode, you'll discover: • Why planning creates structure, but presence creates memories. • How one frustrating detour became one of the greatest lessons of the trip. • The powerful difference between structure and control. • What happens when we ignore our intuition... and what changes when we listen. • Why slowing down creates space for joy, creativity, connection, and God's quiet guidance. Whether you're navigating a new season of life, feeling pulled in a dozen directions, or simply longing for a little more peace, this episode is a gentle reminder that possibility often lives in the moments we never could have planned. If this episode resonates with you, I'd love to invite you to join us for our August Book Study Seminar beginning August 5th as we explore The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron. Together, we'll spend four weeks rediscovering creativity, intuition, flow, and the courage to become more available to the life that's waiting for us. Because sometimes the greatest souvenir isn't what you bring home... It's who you become along the way.
