Hannah Flagg - Christian Mindset Mentor

Are you exhausted from struggling with overwhelm and anxiety? Ready to trade the overthinking and chronic stress of survival mode for lasting change? Do you have the desire to grow and heal with the Lord so you can show up more present, connected (and whole) for all that truly matters? I’m SO glad that you’re here friend.  This podcast is here to encourage and equip you with faith based tools and disciplines to pursue healing and wholeness in Jesus (I’m walking this out alongside you) to not only feel more calm and confident in handling life’s challenges —but so you can fully steward and live out the life He has called you to (all of it). For His glory.  I’m Hannah— Jesus follower, wife, and mom. After trying to control anxiety for years, I was able to finally find so much healing. Reaching a whole new level of surrender after my second child was born allowed me to experience the gift of complete dependence on God, which has been key for true healing in my life. Inviting God in during my hardest moments was without a doubt the best decision I could have ever made. He has given me more freedom in my thought life and continues to bring healing throughout all areas of my health. All of this once seemed unimaginable to me, but He can and wants to do the same for you.  If you’re ready for more peace, less anxiety, and to pursue healing and true transformation with the Lord —then be encouraged because you will begin to not only enjoy your daily life, but also step excitedly towards the hope filled future He has planned for you.  I’m so grateful you’re here. Let’s lean into the Lord, together. -Hannah ✨ Sign up for my weekly newsletter for a boost of encouragement! 24 | Your Fear Is Not From God: Trusting Jesus Over Anxiety and OCD Intrusive Thoughts

Fear makes you feel like there's an alarm going off, that you're in perceived danger and your nervous system feels like you have to react. You don't have to stay stuck in fear. You don't have to react. It's a process, but this really good news is worth pursuing and practicing daily. Trust me! In this episode I want to remind you what God's word says about fear and your mind, so that you can take a breath and have more peace today. God is NOT worried, AT ALL (we'll talk about this too). That alone, signals my mind and body to relax as I focus on the fact that God is truly in control, always with us, no matter what. And thankfully, he says do not fear, because the one who holds it all knows so much more than we do. We can trust Him. We can rest in that as we move forward in faith. Keep going. 23 | Exhausted From Fear, Shame, or Scrupulosity? You Can Rest in God's Grace

Taking in God's truth over our lives is powerful, and we need to choose to do this daily-no matter how we feel and especially when we are tempted to believe lies about shame, fear, doubt, guilt, anxiety, OCD and more. None of that is your identity. These are symptoms and signals to look inward with compassion, and I'm going to point you back to what Jesus says- it's always certain and unchanging.  He's the solid rock we stand on, while we feel all the things. And it's Jesus that will get you through it.  Over the years, I've found so much comfort in leaning on other's faith when mine has felt weak, so lean into this episode for much needed hope to fill your spirit and renew your mind. Today is not a reflection of how you will always feel, take it from me! We go over: -scriptures to point you back to Jesus-always (we need biblical encouragement daily) -that you are not alone and will get through this (I've been there too) -the difference between unwanted thoughts and sin, why anxiety isn't a sin and what it is instead -the Lord's heart and compassion toward you -bible verses that remind us that there is nothing we can do to change God's character, His truth, the way He feels about you- no matter how you might feel and WHY.  This is really good news. Let it sink in again and again.  I'm here to be in your corner friend, as I also remind myself what's true.  Love you and so grateful you're here, Hannah ✨ Become an insider + get the weekly newsletter full of encouragement! sign up ⬇️  healinganxietyinsider.gr-site.com ✨ Would love to hear from you ➡️ info@hannahflagg.com Disclaimer:  This podcast is for faith-based encouragement and informational purposes only.
