After four games, Philadelphia still has not played one complete football game, the offense has scored zero points in back-to-back second halves, and the team is dealing with a brutal injury situation. But perhaps the biggest red flag came from Nick Sirianni himself. Sirianni admitted that he doesn't think the Eagles know what their identity is yet — in Week 5. RB explains why that is one of the most concerning things he has heard from this Eagles team all season and why Philadelphia's upcoming schedule could determine whether this season gets back on track or completely falls apart. The Eagles are currently dealing with an enormous list of injuries. DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert, Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby, Zack Baun, Cam Jurgens, Quinyon Mitchell, Josh Sweat, Marcus Epps, Hollywood Brown, Fred Johnson, Landon Dickerson and others are dealing with injuries or availability questions. Philadelphia could potentially be without six Week 1 offensive starters against Jacksonville. And RB believes the injuries are only part of the problem. The biggest issue is the offensive line. The Eagles have struggled to run the football, protect Jalen Hurts and consistently create positive plays. Hurts has been forced to run for his life, while the offense has become increasingly predictable and stagnant. RB also breaks down Jalen Hurts' recent struggles. Nick Foles recently criticized Hurts for failing to get through his progressions and missing open receivers such as Makai Lemon and Dontayvion Wicks. RB agrees that Hurts needs to improve, but he does NOT believe Hurts is one of the Eagles' three biggest problems. Instead, RB identifies the offensive line, coaching and injuries as the biggest issues facing Philadelphia right now. The Eagles also continue to struggle in the second half. After failing to score in the second half against the Bears and Rams, Philadelphia's offense is showing the same troubling tendencies that have plagued the team for much of the season. RB also reacts to Sean Mannion's comments about the Eagles' offensive philosophy and explains why he doesn't expect a major schematic change anytime soon. If the Eagles continue playing the same way, RB believes the season could quickly become a disaster. Philadelphia's next three games are against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys. The Eagles need to start winning. Can Philadelphia turn this season around? Or is this already the beginning of a much bigger problem? Let us know what YOU think in the comments.
