This podcast goes through my difficult, yet necessary, journeys of going "no contact" with living family members and significant others to survive emotionally. I explain the difficulty of mourning the living without guilt and shame to give you clarity, compassion, and to provide validation if you’re going through the same experiences. You'll learn that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes and that choosing yourself isn't selfish; it's necessary for your own well-being!

    The life connoisseur podcast is a place where we will discuss the highs and lows of this journey on the ship called life. I will share my past, present and future while also discussing dating adventures, good and bad marriages along with the Phoenix rising that occurs in divorces, motherhood trials and tribulations along with all the side quest that life throws at us every day.
