    Happy Tax day! More flood related news this morning. TCAPS Closed... From The Grand Traverse Sheriff's office: Heads up for your morning commute! Things got even uglier last night. The bridge at Beitner Park failed. Beitner Road is no longer passable. The Grand Traverse County Road Commission has put barricades up at Chums Corners and at Keystone and River Rd.  Additionally, things didn't get any better for S. Airport Rd last night. It will remain closed at Park Rd and Cass Rd. Another reminder of the two major construction projects that just recently started in Interlochen and 31N/3 Mile. Please please slow down and be patient. Weather: Today A slight chance of showers before 11am, then a chance of showers after 2pm. Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 58.
