    Until We Meet Again :)

This is not the end of Soul Resonance. But for now, I’ve decided to put this podcast on pause. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been going through a difficult period in my life, and honestly, I’ve been carrying a lot of negative energy. Usually, even when things aren’t going well, if I can still find something interesting in the experience — if I can laugh about it, learn from it, or somehow enjoy the process — I’m happy to share it here. But right now, it feels different. Lately, I haven’t had much positive energy to give. And I don’t want to sit behind this microphone every week and force myself to create energy that I genuinely don’t have. That wouldn’t feel honest to me. Soul Resonance has always meant more to me than simply uploading an episode every week. I started this podcast because I wanted to share something real. And somewhere in my heart, I’ve always hoped that the people listening on the other side of this microphone might someday become people I actually get to meet. That dream hasn’t changed. So I don’t want to keep this podcast going just for the sake of keeping it going. I want to come back when I have something inside me that I genuinely want to give again. When I have the energy to talk, laugh, think, explore, and share myself with you. I don’t know when that will be. And I don’t want to promise a date just for the sake of having one. But this is not goodbye. And before I go, I really want to say this from my heart: Thank you. To every single person who has listened to this podcast. To those of you who came back for another episode. To anyone who spent even a small part of your life listening to my voice and my thoughts. I may not know your names or your faces, but knowing that you were there meant so much more to me than I can properly put into words. You gave me a reason to keep talking. You gave me energy. And honestly, just knowing that someone somewhere was listening made me feel warm inside. So thank you for giving me your time. Thank you for listening to me when I was excited, when I was figuring things out, when I changed my mind, when I was happy, and when I wasn’t. I really, genuinely appreciate you. And I still hope that someday, somehow, I’ll get to meet some of you face to face. For now, I need some time to find my own energy again. And when I genuinely feel, “I want to talk to you again.” I’ll come back. So this isn’t the last episode. It’s just a little pause. Until we meet again, please take good care of yourself. And from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here. Connect with me:

Just a Little Update on My Life

I’m sorry this episode is a little late. I usually upload every Monday, but this week, I honestly didn’t have much energy, and I couldn’t quite organize what I wanted to talk about. So… I’m really sorry for keeping you waiting. This episode is simply a little life update from me. It’s been about nine days since I came back to Hokkaido, and even though I originally planned to step away from nursing, I’ve decided to work as a temporary nurse again for the next two months. I still don’t know what comes after that. I don’t know where I’ll live, what kind of work I’ll do, or what I really want my everyday life to look like. Right now, I’m probably at one of the lowest points I’ve ever been in my life. But in a strange way, that also makes me feel like there’s nowhere left to go but up. And I’ve decided I’m done building my life around the idea that suffering is something I just have to accept. When something feels painful or miserable, that feeling is telling me something. From now on, I want to listen to those signals more consciously and choose a life that feels fun, joyful, happy, and genuinely like mine. There’s no perfect answer or beautiful conclusion in this episode. I’m still right in the middle of it. And maybe that’s okay. I also want to say thank you to those of you who keep coming back and listening to this podcast. Even though I can’t see your faces, just knowing that there are people out there who choose to spend some of their time listening to me gives me energy and makes me feel warm inside. That’s why I genuinely want to keep showing up for you. So from next week, I want to be back at my usual Monday upload time — not because I’m forcing myself to, but because thinking about you gives me a reason to want to do it. Thank you for being here. And wherever you are in your life right now, I genuinely hope you become happier and happier. Connect with me:
