Episode 66: The Miracle of Knowing - Going All In on Your Soul’s Wisdom

Welcome back to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast for women who know there's more for them in this next chapter. More joy. More love. More laughter. More freedom.More purpose. More possibility. Maybe even a little more adventure. Because midlife isn't the end of the story. It's the part where we get to ask a different question: What do I want more of now? I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman. Think of me as the woman in your corner who's willing to ask the questions you might be afraid to ask, say the things we're all thinking but don't always say out loud, and remind you thatthere's still so much possibility ahead. You get to want more. You get to change your mind. You get to follow your curiosity, trust your instincts, and create a life that feels more like you. And I'm here to walk alongside you through all of it: the messy parts, the funny parts, thebeautiful surprises, and those moments when you finally decide it's time to go all in on yourself. And today, we're talking about something that has been sitting right there in the title of this podcast all along: Miracles. Lately I've been thinking about miracles differently. Because when we hear the word miracle, we often think about something extraordinary that happens to us. Somethingunexpected. Something we couldn't have created ourselves. Something that feels almost impossible. But what if there's another way to think about miracles? What if the miracle isn't something that happens to us? What if it's something we're capable of participating in? What if our soul has a kind of miracle capacity? A capacity to know. To imagine. To receive. To change. To begin again. To recognize possibility where we once saw only limitation. And maybe, sometimes, the miracle begins when we stop asking, “What should I do?” And start asking: “What do I already know?” That's where today's conversation gets really interesting. This is Episode 66: The Miracle of Knowing - Going All In on Your Soul’s Wisdom. My guest today, Cindy Anderson, has spent the last decade intentionally investigating intuition and spiritual communication. And she didn't approach it from a place of, “Just trust the signs.” She wanted to know: Can this actually be explored? Tested? Practiced? Repeated? And what she created is her signature method Your Spirit Guide on Speed Dial®, a structured system designed to help ordinary people discover, connect, and communicate with their Spirit Guides. Her guides call her "Seer" and she’s a ProCoach-certified life coach with over a decade of experience helping women reconnect with their deeper calling.  Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or YouTube. You can learn more about Cindy Anderson at soulpiphany.com Take one of the cool quizzes like Discover Your Spiritual Archetype or join her 5-Day Call Your Guide Challenge and somuch more. I want to leave you with this thought: Maybe the miracle isn't always the thing that happens after we take the leap. Maybe sometimes the miracle is the moment before the leap. Because maybe that's part of the miracle of midlife. Not becoming someone completely new. But finally becoming available to everything that's already within you. Episode 65: No One Is Coming to Save You, And That’s Good News w/ Donna Kreisler

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast for women who know there’s more to midlife than simply getting through it. Together, we unpack the real stories, expert advice, and everyday moments that help us navigate menopause, rediscover ourselves, and step into this season feeling stronger, more confident, and a whole lot more alive. I’m Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we’re talking about what happens when you realize your life needs to change, but you have no idea where to begin. Because sometimes midlife feels like starting over. A career changes. A relationship ends. Your kids grow up. Your identity shifts. Your confidence takes a hit. Or maybe you simply wake up one day and realize, “I don't want to live the rest of my lifethis way.”  My guest today knows what it means to begin again. This is Episode 65: No One Is Coming to Save You, And That’s Good News.  In 2017, Donna Kreisler weighed 350 pounds, had just 300 in her account, was a single, divorced mother, and wasn't happy. She knew she needed to change her life, but she didn't know how. Today, she has lost 150 pounds, built multiple seven-figurebusinesses, helped more than 10,000 people transform their mindset, finances, and lives, and is the author of No One Is Coming to Save You. But this isn't really a story about weight loss or money. It's a story about what happens when you decide to rebuildyour life with purpose. So today, we're talking about starting over, self-trust,personal agency, money, identity, and the courage to take that first step when you can't yet see the whole path. Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or YouTube. Donna's story is such a powerful reminder that beginningagain doesn't mean beginning from nothing. You bring your experience. You bring everything you'vesurvived. You bring what you've learned. And you bring the woman you've become. And to everyone listening: If there's something in yourlife that you've been telling yourself is too late, too hard, or too far gone, I want you to pause before you believe that story. You don't have to know the entire path. You just have to bewilling to take the next step. Because sometimes the miracle isn't that your life suddenlychanges. The miracle is realizing that you are allowed to change it. Pain, hormonal changes, shifts in energy, gut health, pelvic health, changes in intimacy...these things can be part of the midlife experience, but that doesn’t mean you have to simply shrug your shoulders and say, “Well, I guess this is what getting older feels like.” If this episode resonated with you, I’d love for you to Like,Follow, or Subscribe. And if you have a minute, leave us a review and tell us what stood out to you. Your review helps other midlife women find these conversations, too. And if you know another woman who’s been told “everythinglooks normal” while she knows something doesn’t feel right, send her this episode. It might be the conversation that reminds her she’s not imagining it, she’s not alone, and she doesn’t have to settle for simply getting through midlife. Because midlife isn’t about settling for feeling less. It’sabout listening to your body, trusting what you know, asking better questions, and finding your way back to vitality. Episode 63: From Pain to Purpose - Ana Herrera’s Hormonal Health Journey

Welcome back to Men, Menopause & Miracles, where we have honest conversations about the beautiful, messy, sometimes maddening, and often miraculous journey of midlife.  I’m Your Midlife Wingwoman, Suzanne, and today we’re talking about something I believe every woman deserves to hear: You are allowed to become your own health advocate. Not because you distrust your doctor. Not because you have to become an expert in every lab result, diagnosis, or hormone. But because you know your body. And sometimes, when something doesn't feel right, we need to be willing to keep asking questions, keep learning, and keep advocating for ourselves until someone actuallylistens. My guest today knows this journey intimately. This is Episode 63: From Pain to Purpose - Ana Herrera’s Hormonal Health Journey Ana Herrera is the Founder and CEO of Hormone University and Glow, a mission born from her own deeply personalexperience with hormonal health. In her 20s, Ana was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis. Her journey brought unimaginable pain, multiple surgeries, infertility, and ultimately surgical menopause.  And after years of frustration with the lack of clear, accessible information around hormonal health, Ana decided she wasn't going to simply live with the confusion. She started asking questions. She started talking to hundreds of women. Andeventually, she created Hormone University, an educational platform designed to help women better understand their hormones, their symptoms, their bodies, and their options. She later expanded that mission with Glow, a line of products developed with scientific and medical expertise to support women navigating hormonal challenges. Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube. I think there is such an important distinction betweenbeing told to "listen to your body" and actually trusting yourself enough to do something when your body is talking. And maybe that's the bigger miracle in Ana's story. She experienced pain, uncertainty, infertility, surgeries, and surgical menopause. But instead of allowing those experiences to be the end of the story, she turned them into a reason to ask better questions, learn more, and help other women become more informed advocates for themselves. If there is one thing I hope you take away from today'sconversation, it's this: You don't have to know everything about your body toadvocate for it. You simply have to be willing to listen. Ask questions. Keep learning. And when something doesn'tfeel right, give yourself permission to say: "I know my body. I want to understand what's happening. And I deserve to be heard." Because this is your body. This is your health. And this is your life. If this episode resonated with you, I’d love for you to Like,Follow, or Subscribe. And if you have a minute, leave us a review and tell us what stood out to you. Your review helps other midlife women find these conversations, too. If you have a question, a story, or a topic you’d love usto explore in a future episode, you can always reach me at yourmidlifewingwoman@gmail.com. I'm Suzanne, your Midlife Wingwoman, reminding youthat midlife isn't the end of your story. Sometimes, it's when you finally start becoming the author. Until next time, take care of yourself, keep asking questions, and keep moving toward feeling more like you. Bye for now!

Episode 62: Midlife Unfiltered | Salon Sessions w/ Kelly

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, the podcast for women navigating the beautiful, messy, and ever-evolving journey of midlife. This is where we have honestconversations about menopause, relationships, identity, reinvention, and all the unexpected moments that shape who we're becoming. I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're kicking off a brand-new series called Midlife Unfiltered: Salon Sessions. If you listened to Episode 60, you heard me talk about whatI call "The Great Unfiltering." It's that shift so many womenexperience in midlife where we stop editing ourselves quite so much. We people-please less, tolerate less drama, set stronger boundaries, and become much more interested in living authentically than living for everyone else'sapproval. Because let's be honest, some of the most authenticconversations women have don't happen on social media or in carefully planned interviews. They happen sitting in a salon chair with someone they trust. For years, my hairdresser Kelly and I have talked abouteverything from relationships and career changes to the adventure that is online dating in midlife. We swap stories, compare notes, laugh a lot, and occasionally look at each other wondering, "Did that really just happen?" I kept thinking...what if we actually created a space thatreflected that? That's how Midlife Unfiltered: Salon Sessions was born. Today, I'm joined by my hairdresser Kelly, and we're diving into one of the most talked-about topics among women over 40: online dating. We'll share the highs, the heartbreaks, thehilarious moments, the unexpected lessons, and everything in between. If you've ever swiped right, been ghosted, questioned modern dating, or found yourself wondering if love still exists, this conversation is for you. So, grab your favorite drink, pull up a chair, and welcome to Episode 62: Midlife Unfiltered | Salon Sessions. Welcome Kelly! Whoooo, we’re here and finally doing this? Where do we start? We typically start with catch me up onany recent dating stories…and as of late or this year it feels like there have not been as many. I’ll kick it off with my two most recent experiences andall the ad hoc or a la carte options that come also. Listen on Spotify, Apple, iHeart or watch on YouTube. I hope today's conversation reminded you that if you'veever found yourself navigating the wild world of dating in midlife, you're definitely not alone. Whether you're swiping right, taking a break from dating, or simply laughing at the stories from the sidelines, we're all figuring it outone experience at a time. If there's one thing I hope you take away from today'sSalon Session, it's this: dating isn't just about finding the right person. It's also about discovering more about yourself. Every conversation, every awkward moment, every great date, and yes, even the disappointing ones, can teach us something about what we want, what we deserve, and what we're no longer willing to settle for. If today's episode made you laugh, nod your head, or think,"I've been there," I'd love for you to Like, Follow, or Subscribe. Better yet, leave a review and tell us your biggest takeaway or your funniest dating story. If you have a topic you'd love us to tackle in a future MidlifeUnfiltered: Salon Session, or if there's someone in your life you'd love to hear me have an unfiltered conversation with, I'd love to hear from you. You can reach me at yourmidlifewingwoman@gmail.com. Until next time, keep trusting yourself, keep honoring yourboundaries, and don't be afraid to embrace your own Great Unfiltering. Because the most attractive thing you'll ever be is authentically you. I'm Suzanne, Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this has been Men, Menopause & Miracles. Episode 59: The Courage to Keep Moving When Things Are Changing

Welcome to Men, Menopause & Miracles, where we have honest conversations about the beautiful, messy, and miraculous journey of midlife. This is the place where we navigate life's unexpected twists with courage, rediscover who we're becoming, and remind ourselves that even in seasons of uncertainty, there's always room for hope, healing, and miracles. I'm Suzanne, your host and Your Midlife Wingwoman, and today we're talking about finding the courage to keep moving when life keeps changing. Maybe you're facing a career transition, the end of a relationship, an empty nest, financial uncertainty, or simply wondering what comes next. If you've ever found yourself asking, "How do I keep choosing change when I've already experienced enough loss or uncertainty to make me want to stay exactly where Iam?" then this episode is for you. Just a friendly reminder...if you're needing a podcastthat's a little less serious, last week's episode, The Miracle of Play, challenged you to create your own Summer Play List. That's two separate words...Play and List! I invited you to come up with ten playful things to do before Labor Day. They can be silly, simple, spontaneous or completely free. If you haven't listened to Episode 58 yet, go back and give yourself permission to play. I promise it'll be worth it. This is Episode 59: The Courage to Keep Moving When ThingsAre Changing. Listen on Spotify, Apple or iHeart. Also available on YouTube. Today’s episode hits home personally.  As much as I want tofocus on serving a community of incredible midlife women, I’ve personally been walking through one of the biggest seasons of change in my own life. Maybe courage isn't found in making one big, fearless leap. Maybe courage looks like pausing long enough to honor what you've survived...thanking the woman who got you here...grieving what needed to end...and then taking one small step toward what's next. Because healing isn't what happens after you've changed. Healing is part of how you find the courage to change. Perhaps the miracle isn't finally reaching the next chapter. Perhaps the miracle is discovering that you don't have to race past your pain to keep moving forward. You can grieve and grow. You can honor what was and still choose what's next. Those things aren't opposites. They're partners.   Can you feel that? Where do you realize today where you’ve been carrying losses you may never gave yourself permission to name. That's where real courage begins.  So before you rush back into your day, I want to leave youwith one final question... What have you survived that you've never stopped to honor? Because perhaps courage isn't pretending it didn't hurt. Perhaps courage begins the moment you acknowledge that it did...and you choose to keep walking anyway. If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to Like, Follow, or Subscribe. And if you have any questions or stories to share, you can always reach me at yourmidlifewingwoman@gmail.com. If you know another woman who could use a reminder to choose courage one step at a time, share this episode with her. Until next time, remember...you're stronger than you think, wiser than you know, and you never have to navigate midlife alone. I'm Suzanne, Your Midlife Wingwoman, and this hasbeen Men, Menopause & Miracles. Until next time. Be well and bye for now! #midlifewomen #yourmidlifewingwoman #menopause #change #miracles
