The Doctor of Words

The Doctor of Words

The Doctor of Words, aka Lór, describes himself as a podcast that constantly renews itself. With a new episode featuring three poems set to music, the podcast gets a fresh start, bringing changes, improvements, and a little creative cleaning. Even though Lór is currently taking a period of rest, he still tries to offer a few “white thoughts” before the night swallows them. But, as we know, he would probably call them “grey” — because, just like between the sea and the mountains there is the countryside, sometimes the middle ground is where everything can coexist without having to choose sides. In the end, Lór does not try to please everyone. He chooses to dare rather than conform, to move forward rather than create obstacles, and to work on listening to his own inner voice. Only after listening to his own words can he entrust them to someone else — transforming them into a kind of word medicine for the listener. Because for Lór, words are not simply meant to be heard. They are meant to heal.
