In this Episode, your hosts Jay Rudel, Amy Guyaux, and Mindy Curtis introduce one another and share favorite memories from their careers in education.  They discuss why classroom collaboration is essential to student learning and why they believe collaboration is often an overlooked classroom strategy.  Jay shares his love of using Name Tents for knowing students’ names and encouraging students to know one another. Linked is a template that includes examples of and ideas for name tents.  Next episode Jay and Amy will share and discuss an original classroom strategy they call Quiz the Class which can be used with all age groups and in all subject areas to get students speaking, collaborating, and learning.
