H - Hear & Heart | Learning to Listen to Yourself, With Love! Can You Hear Me? A–Z

H is for Hear & Heart. Can you hear me? But perhaps more importantly… can you hear you? There's a difference between hearing and truly listening. We can hear the words being spoken, but do we always understand the feelings, the meaning, or what's sitting beneath them? In this episode of Can You Hear Me?, we explore two words that sit at the very heart of my work: Hear and Heart. The longing to feel heard, the words we leave unspoken, the noise of our thoughts, and the quiet wisdom we can discover when we make space to listen to ourselves. We explore the connection between our head and our heart, the patterns we fall into, the choices we make, and what happens when life changes and the old ways of being no longer feel right. I also share some of my own poetry, reflections on love, heartbreak, trusting ourselves and finding our way back to what truly matters. Perhaps we don't always need to know how everything will unfold. Perhaps we can begin by pausing, noticing what's here, and allowing our hearts to have a voice. An invitation to meet yourself where you are, welcome what you feel and listen a little more deeply. Because sometimes, in the silence, we hear all we need to hear. Can You Hear Me? Conversations from the Heart. And, as always… can you hear you? Who is Kelly Saward? Kelly has been presenting radio shows for a while, and has often been asked if these shows can be heard again many months after the show has aired, listeners wanting to listen again. She heard what was being asked and now brings to you … 'Conversations with Kelly' Can you hear me? She wants to hear you, and shares here what's been heard so far. We all have a story, we all have something of value to share, we just need a safe space, the right ears, and a deep trust in what is felt. I'm beginning to understand the rest speaks for itself. I invite you to listen in, get in touch, and if you'd like … be curious to live the question! Do you want to be heard? Do you need an interviewer or host, just get in touch. Prioritise Yourself, Not Perfection | Lily Silverton on Stress, Overwhelm & Self-Worth | Part One

What if the answer isn't doing more, becoming more or fixing ourselves, but simply learning to listen to what matters? In this episode of Can You Hear Me? Conversations from the Heart, Kelly Saward is joined by writer, speaker and mindset coach Lily Silverton, author of Prioritise This and founder of The Priorities Method. From a successful career in fashion journalism to a journey of self-discovery, Lily shares what happened when she began questioning the life she'd worked so hard to create. Together, we explore stress, overwhelm, changing priorities, rejection, failure and the pressure we place upon ourselves to continually improve. Can stress sometimes serve us? When does self-help become another thing on our never-ending to-do list? And what happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and begin learning to walk alongside ourselves instead? What I particularly loved about this conversation is the gentle reminder that there isn't one way to live, grow or begin again. Our priorities change, just as we do. And with so much more to explore, this is only the beginning of our conversation. Lily will be joining me again for Part Two, as we continue to explore what it really means to prioritise ourselves in a world that never seems to slow down. Perhaps it's not about becoming someone different, but making space for who we already are. Meet yourself where you are. Can You Hear Me? with Kelly Saward. Conversations from the Heart. And perhaps the most important question of all… can you hear you? Who is Kelly Saward? Donna Ashworth | Coming Home to Yourself, Self-Worth & The Art of Being Easily Pleased

What if the place we've been searching for has been within us all along? "Maybe it's not about changing who we are, but learning to welcome all that we are." In this very special conversation, I sit down with Sunday Times bestselling author and poet Donna Ashworth to explore the power of words, the beauty of being human, and what happens when we begin to listen to ourselves with a little more love. We talk about the parts of ourselves we so often hide, the freedom that comes when we stop trying to be perfect, and the quiet but powerful journey of learning to feel safe in our own skin. Donna shares openly about her own experiences, the influence of Louise Hay, the magic of poetry, and her beautiful new book, The Art of Being Easily Pleased. There's something so special about finding the words for feelings we haven't yet known how to express. And perhaps, when we share those words, we remind one another that we're not alone. A conversation about self-worth, connection, creativity, finding joy in the everyday, and remembering that we don't have to become somebody else to be worthy of love. Maybe it's not about changing who we are, but learning to welcome all that we are. All the things, all the 'stuff' it's welcome! Can You Hear Me? Conversations from the Heart. And perhaps the most important question of all… can you hear you? Who is Kelly Saward? E-motion = energy in motion. What’s Moving Through You?

What if your emotions aren’t the problem? What if they’re actually trying to tell you something? In this episode of Can You Hear You?  the A–Z journey through the words, feelings and experiences that shape us, we explore Emotion and Energy  and the relationship between what we feel, what we think and what moves through the body. Emotions can arrive quickly. Fear. Sadness. Anger. Love. Joy. Grief. Kelly explores what can happen when, instead of immediately trying to fix an emotion, we give it somewhere safe to exist. Can we witness the storm without forcing the weather to change? Can sadness simply be sadness? Can anger lead us towards what might be underneath it? And can allowing ourselves to feel actually create more freedom, rather than less? From emotional vulnerability and feeling heard to grief, love and the strange game of emotional pass the parcel, this episode invites us to gently unwrap the layers and become curious about what is really present. Then we move into Energy. Emotion. Energy. E-motion. Energy in motion. Who is Kelly Saward? Dear Cheltenham: Stories, Letters & Human Connection

Today I’m in conversation with Ellie Petrie from Cheltenham Festivals, and I couldn’t wait to find out more about what we can actually see, do and experience at this year’s Cheltenham Literature Festival. We explore Cheltenham Writes Back, a free storytelling and letter-writing initiative running as part of the 2026 Cheltenham Literature Festival from 9–18 October. Inspired by The Correspondent by Virginia Evans, the project brings letter writing back into everyday life through pop-up writing stations, community workshops and a public art installation created from letters written locally and around the world, including contributions through the Sunday Letter Project. Visitors won’t just be able to read the letters either they can sit down, respond and become part of the story themselves, creating an ongoing exchange between strangers, places and experiences. We also talk about the wider festival programme, including the Fragments Poetry Trail, family activities, book swaps, discussion spaces, personalised recommendations from the Book Doctor and some of the more unusual ticketed events taking place across Cheltenham. At the heart of it all is something beautifully simple: slowing down, putting pen to paper, sharing stories and creating real human connection in an increasingly digital world. If the Sunday Letter Project catches your interest, you can also listen back to my conversation with its founder, Rebecca, in one of last year’s episodes, where we explored the story behind the project and the enduring power of writing and receiving letters. Maybe this is your invitation to write a letter of your own, to someone you love, someone you miss, or even someone you haven’t met yet. Put pen to paper, say what matters, and see where the connection takes you. Who is Kelly Saward?
