    In this episode, I interview Isa Lara Marié. Isa suffered a traumatic childhood of continual ritual sexual abuse at the hands of elders from her church. The child’s response to trauma is to dissociate, producing dissociative identity disorder. The psyche and the soul leave the body, and that’s what happened to Isa. She didn’t really even return to her body until she was 22 years old. Thus began a long and painful healing process. Having healed herself, Isa now helps other people heal from all sorts of trauma and painful experiences. Particularly with all the attention now being focused on human trafficking and sexual abuse, this is a story you don’t want to miss.
