    In this episode, I interview Rand Timmerman. Rand is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War. His story is one of great struggles, of rejecting God for many years, of descent into alcoholism, and of finally healing and developing an understanding of the the presence of God in his life. A recent part of his healing journey was hiking the whole 2200 miles of the Appalachian Trail at 72 years of age. He wrote a book about this incredible journey called, A Spiritual Passage.     In this episode, I interview Themos.  He has a fascinating story of spiritual unfoldment. He grew up in a Greek family that, surprisingly, wasn’t religious. Yet he had out-of-body experiences as a boy that he didn’t understand. It was only after his father died that Themos had a spiritual experience that firmly set him on a journey to understand the spirit. As part of this decades-long journey, he has taken many course from the Monroe Institute, done many silent retreats, and taken part in what Dr. David Hawkins calls the “Spiritual Circus.” Themos has had more out-of-body experiences than he can count.
