THE BREAKDOWN (TAKE THE L & WALK AWAY)

In this episode of The Breakdown on Under the Covers, we’re talking about something a lot of people avoid, knowing when it’s time to take the L and walk away in relationships. From dating to long-term relationships, we talk honestly about when holding on does more harm than letting go. This isn’t about blame or dragging anyone. It’s about clarity, self-respect, and recognizing when walking away is actually a win. If you’ve ever questioned whether to stay, try harder, or finally choose yourself this conversation is for you.
