Is Zoids: New Century Zero still a good anime to watch?

The Together We Anime crew is ready for battle as they review Zoids: New Century. A byproduct of a toy line, they discuss how anime like Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! paved the path for its success. Can an anime be successful with a minimal plot? They ponder what the show was about and wonder if other Zoids series offer an alternative. Would the show benefit from a modern overhaul, or does the animation still hold up today? Most importantly, does ZNC drive the crew to want to win the Royal Cup, or does it make them wander around aimlessly, asking, "now what?" ”Everything You Need Is In the Bebop” | Cowboy Bebop Anime Review | Podcast

Hop in bounty hunters as the Together We Anime crew review the critically acclaimed Cowboy Bebop. They discuss Bebop's ability to navigate larger stories through the vehicle of their profession. They analyze the characters of the show, the unique relationships, and how, sometimes, the side characters stole the show. The animation, voice acting, and soundtrack are huge selling points for modern anime, so the crew asks if Bebop manages to still stand on a pedestal nearly 30 years later. But most importantly, TWA determines if Cowboy Bebop feels like eating bell peppers and beef without the beef or if it makes us sing The Real Folk Blues at the top of our lungs. We Watched Paranoia Agent So You Don’t Have To...BUT YOU SHOULD

Be careful with that anxiety as the Together We Anime crew takes a swing at their wildest anime yet: Paranoia Agent. They attempt to make sense of the cult classic created by the late, great Satoshi Kon. When the line between reality and delusion is so blurred, does the story suffer from its own complexity, or does the message hit harder because of it? While much of the anime is character-driven, the crew have different views on how it impacted them personally. They also discuss the opening and ending themes, and while the music may not be for everyone, their minds are blown by the effectiveness of the accompanying imagery. But more importantly, they determine if Paranoia Agent made them want to address accountability head on or if they're waiting on Golden Bat to fix their problems. ”Who was that...Not My Dante” | Devil May Cry Anime Review

We open the portal to Makai as Together We Anime reviews the Netflix adaptation of Devil May Cry. This demonic monstrosity could not be tackled by only the three of us, so we are joined by KeeLowLow and Pastor Tae of the TKOh...Nah Podcast! We discuss how the anime hits a casual viewer vs a diehard fan of the Devil May Cry game. The characters come into focus as they discuss whether this is even the Dante they know and love, and whether they were let down by the writing. But most importantly, we determine if Devil May Cry lives up to the prestige of one of the most influential games of all time, or if one of the greatest characters of all time just becomes a background character in their own story.
