    The Women of Heated Rivalry

    In this episode of the podcast, Declan and Silvan are joined by Ren Browne, an author and podcaster to discuss the portrayal of female characters in the Heated Rivalry series. Ren shares her insight and admiration for the depth and complexity of the female characters. We take a deep dive into all the female characters you love, including Svetlana, Rose, Yuna, Elena and even Maria, highlighting their supportive roles and the emotional intelligence they bring to their relationships with the male leads, Ilya, Shane, Scott and Kip. This episode is part author interview, part character study, and part love letter to a story that has clearly meant a great deal to all the women in the show. Whilst not on screen, an honorable mention goes to Rachel Red, tha author of the books, as well as the many women behind the camera, including the editors, producers and intimacy co-ordinators.
