    cheerz! to change

    Cheerz to CHANGE! 🥂 In the final episode of Season 2, we’re talking about something that feels especially relevant in my life right now: change. After moving from Hawaii back to New England, closing the chapter on teaching, preparing to start grad school, and navigating what feels like a million transitions at once, I’ve been thinking a lot about why change can feel SO hard, even when we know it’s the right thing. We’re chatting about why the anticipation of change is often harder than the change itself, learning to “do it afraid,” finding peace when life feels chaotic, and remembering that feeling sad, scared, or uncertain doesn’t mean you made the wrong decision.     Nutrition has become SO complicated. One person says carbs are bad. Another says calories don't matter. Then someone else tells you to cut seed oils, fast until noon, count every macro, and somehow enjoy your life while doing it (lol).
