Remembering Your Capacity to Create With Life

Dissatisfaction can make life feel fixed, especially when we’ve been living with the same circumstances, thoughts or frustrations for a while. In this episode, I explore our capacity to shape our lives: loosening the grip of what doesn’t feel good, getting clearer about what we want instead, and staying open to possibilities we can’t necessarily see yet. I share a couple of times in my life when something I wanted felt far away, and how clarity, intention and action eventually led somewhere new. I also touch on the role of spiritual practice in staying connected to yourself, so you can keep listening, choosing and responding as life unfolds. A question to play with: What would you tell Life you wanted, if you trusted that somehow, at some point, it would meet you halfway? --- Thanks for listening!  · Ways to go deeper · GET MY FREE GUIDED VISUALISATION Journey ‘Into Deep Trust’ to connect with an internal source of support and guidance as you move forward on your path. What Should I Be Doing?

What should I be doing with my life? What’s the right next step? Which path should I take? When we don’t know, it can be tempting to try to think our way to an answer, researching, weighing up options, and putting tonnes of pressure on ourselves.  But what if ‘should’ is the wrong word? In this episode, I explore the difference between what we think we should want and what a deeper part of us wants. From career choices to the way we spend an ordinary afternoon, what changes when we stop looking for the perfect answer and start paying attention to what makes us curious, what we desire and what gives us energy? I also introduce three words I’ve been playing with: Ground · Open · Play. An approach to change that honours who you are and doesn’t require force. I hope this brings relief. --- Thanks for listening!  · Ways to go deeper · GET MY FREE GUIDED VISUALISATION Journey ‘Into Deep Trust’ to connect with an internal source of support and guidance as you move forward on your path.
