Gratitude + Breast Work

Well Hello Embodied Women in the HER TRUTH Community ✨ If this is the first time you have heard of breast work or intentionally working with your breast tissue, please go back to last week's practice and start at the felt practice of belly work. Today's focus is the heart space and practicing what I call advanced gratitude. Advanced gratitude is the practice of feeling thankful before your desire arrives. Not "I am thankful for my life.." Not " I am thankful for my car..." But "I am so grateful for the 100k in my bank account..I am so grateful to be living near the beach and so healthy.." Not as a mindset trick — but as an embodied state. Your brain does not distinguish between what is vividly imagined and what is physically happening. When you generate real, felt gratitude in the body, you begin to signal safety, receiving, and completion. This shifts your internal state from “wanting” into “having.” In this practice, we use breast work as an anchor point for embodiment — bringing awareness into the heart space and chest to soften, open, and expand your capacity to receive. This is where gratitude becomes powerful. Not surface-level appreciation, but a deep, somatic experience of it’s already mine. When your body begins to feel like the version of you who already has what you desire, your identity shifts. And from that place, your reality follows. This is a practice that: -expands your capacity to receive -softens breast tissue -opens the heart -teaches you how to embody the version of you who already has it -allows gratitude to become a lived experience Come back to this whenever you feel yourself reaching, grasping, or waiting.This is your return to receiving.

Softening the Face with Tongue Work

Did you know you can receive deep cellular relaxation through massaging the lips? The lips hold tons of nerve innervations and are connected into the parasympathetic nervous system.
