From Autopilot to Awareness — Rewiring the Patterns That Keep Us Stuck - A Conversation with Marianne Kamleitner

What if feeling stuck isn't a sign that something is wrong with you—but that the patterns shaping how you think, feel and respond have become less flexible? In this second conversation with energy healer Marianne Kamleitner, Becky explores Marianne's work with brain networks and how our patterns of thought, focus, emotion and intuition influence the way we experience everyday life. Marianne introduces three networks at the center of her current work: the central executive network, associated with focus and completing tasks; the default mode network, where reflection can turn into self-criticism, rumination and old stories; and the salience network, which helps us recognize what matters, feel our emotions and connect with intuitive impulses. Rather than operating independently, these networks continually interact—and when their patterns become less flexible, we may find ourselves overwhelmed, second-guessing ourselves or simply functioning on autopilot. Together, Becky and Marianne explore how energy work may support greater flexibility within these patterns, allowing subtle but profound changes to unfold over time. Marianne shares what happens during her group brain-network sessions and why the work is never exactly the same twice. Ultimately, the conversation moves beyond the brain itself into a deeper exploration of presence, self-trust and inner knowing. What happens when we stop expecting ourselves to know the entire path ahead and instead become quiet enough to recognize the next impulse? What changes when we learn to catch an old pattern, pause, and consciously choose whether we still want to follow it? Perhaps transformation doesn't always arrive through one enormous breakthrough. Sometimes it happens through a series of small internal shifts that gradually allow us to feel safer within ourselves, see more possibilities, trust what we know—and show up differently in our lives and in the world. The Poetry of Synchronicity - Becoming Who We’ve Been Looking For

What if synchronicity is more than coincidence—and our ability to experience it depends in part on how open we are to what lies beyond our ordinary perception? In this solo episode of Conversations for Change, Becky explores the subtle realms of energy and consciousness that exist beyond what we can see, hear or touch, and the growing willingness in our culture to take these experiences seriously. From energy healing and intuitive perception to the mysterious synchronicities that arise between people, she considers what becomes available when we move beyond skepticism and fear into greater openness, curiosity and awareness. Drawing on Jung's exploration of synchronicity, the Seth material, experiences within The Light Conduit, and observations from her own relationships and life, Becky reflects on consciousness as a kind of connecting field—and on synchronicity as a beautiful expression of what can happen when we come into resonance with one another. The conversation eventually turns toward an even larger question: What if the transformation we're experiencing isn't simply about changing the world around us, but becoming more conscious of who and what we already are? Perhaps our work is not always to focus harder on everything that is broken, but to become clearer about what we want to bring forward—and to recognize the role our attention, expectations, gratitude and choices play in what we experience and contribute to the world. That distinction between pushing against what we don't want and turning toward what we do want becomes one of the episode's central ideas. And perhaps synchronicity is part of the poetry that appears when we do. Expect the Unexpected | Consciousness, Healing & the Nature of Reality with Csilla Antonovsky

What happens when an experience challenges everything you thought you understood about reality? Csilla Antonovsky returns to Conversations for Change for an expansive exploration of consciousness, healing, extraordinary states of awareness, and the surprising ways our inner world may shape the reality we experience. Becky and Csilla begin with a fascinating subject: psychedelic-like experiences without psychedelics. Both share personal experiences arising through meditation, altered states, nature, and spiritual practice—moments of extraordinary light, presence, altered perceptions of time, and out-of-body and altered-body experiences. These experiences can be exhilarating, disorienting, and sometimes difficult to explain. But perhaps their greatest gift is the way they invite us to question the boundaries of what we believe is possible. As Csilla describes, once an experience changes your understanding of reality, the search for deeper understanding often begins. The conversation then moves naturally from extraordinary states of consciousness into healing the past. Drawing from both therapeutic practice and spiritual experience, Becky and Csilla explore what happens when we revisit painful experiences from a new perspective—particularly through inner-child work—and discover that changing our relationship with the past can change what we carry into the future. What becomes possible when we step out of an old story long enough to witness it? Can healing a belief change what we expect from life—and therefore what we're able to recognize and receive? And what changes when we stop trying so hard to force transformation and instead become still enough to allow something new to emerge? Ultimately, this is a conversation about consciousness expansion, personal transformation, curiosity, intention, surrender, and reclaiming our creative relationship with life. Perhaps the real magic begins when we recognize that the reality we've known is not necessarily the only reality available to us. As Becky says: “What you allow becomes possible.” Topics discussed Psychedelic-like experiences without psychedelicsMeditation and altered states of consciousnessExtraordinary experiences and the nature of realityThe higher Self and expanded awarenessShamanic experiences and connection with animalsTime distortion and synchronicityInner-child work and healing traumaRevisiting the past from the witness perspectiveBeliefs, expectations, and conscious creationIntention, surrender, and effortless creation ✨ Learn more about Csilla Antonovsky and explore her work here: https://www.quantum-seeding.com/ https://www.lightconduit.org/ 🌿 Connect with Becky https://beckymundt.com/

The War Without, the Peace Within — A Conversation with Taryn van Schalkwyk

How do we find peace within ourselves when the world around us seems anything but peaceful? In this expansive and heartfelt episode of Conversations for Change, Becky sits down with Taryn van Schalkwyk—a South African of Lebanese descent now living in Bahrain—for a conversation about spiritual awakening, inner transformation, surrender, heart-centered living, and finding purpose in a rapidly changing world. After a 19-year career as a lawyer in South Africa, Taryn found herself confronting a deeper question: Who am I without all the titles? Her move to Bahrain created the space for an unexpected spiritual journey that challenged her analytical mind and opened her to intuition, energetic sensitivity, healing, and a growing awareness of a larger purpose. Living amid uncertainty and conflict has also brought Taryn face-to-face with a powerful contrast: the war without and the peace within. Together, Becky and Taryn explore what happens when we stop allowing external circumstances to determine our internal state—and begin discovering the still, grounded center within ourselves. Their conversation moves through surrender, fear and faith, heart-mind coherence, connection with nature, imagination, consciousness expansion, and the growing realization that perhaps we don't transform the world by trying to change everyone around us. Instead, transformation begins within. As we become more grounded in our authentic selves, we can stop trying to fix or persuade others and learn instead to hold space, remain present, and allow our lives to become an invitation. And perhaps we can meet the unknown with something else as well: curiosity. Drawing on her experience with improv theater, Taryn offers a wonderfully simple way of approaching life and everything we don't yet understand: “Yes, and...” An invitation to remain open to possibility—and to a future we may not yet be able to imagine. When We Heal Ourselves, We Heal the World

What if changing the world begins not with doing more—but with healing what we carry within us? In this deeply personal episode of Conversations for Change, Becky explores the relationship between inner transformation and outer change, and the difference between intellect—the extraordinary capacity of the thinking mind—and the deeper intelligence that emerges when mind, heart, body, emotion, intuition, and inner knowing begin working together. We can be intellectually brilliant and still carry unhealed wounds. We can understand the problems facing humanity and still struggle to create meaningful change. Because perhaps the intelligence required for the next chapter of our collective journey cannot come from the mind alone. It requires the journey of the heart. Becky reflects on how childhood experiences, family patterns, cultural conditioning, and ancestral wounds can live within us long after their origins have been forgotten. Until these hidden patterns are brought into awareness, they may quietly influence our relationships, choices, sense of safety, abundance, and our ability to fully step into our soul purpose. She illustrates this through a remarkable experience from her own healing journey. A conversation with a trusted mentor led her back through her maternal lineage—to her mother, born shortly after the 1929 financial crash, and ultimately to a traumatic event her mother witnessed as a two-year-old child while traveling by train through China. Suddenly, an unconscious message carried through generations came into view: It is not safe to be wealthy. Whether we understand such experiences psychologically, emotionally, energetically, or through the intelligence of the body, becoming conscious of the patterns we carry can create an opportunity to release what no longer belongs to us. Because what has remained “unseen, ununderstood, unacknowledged, unhealed” does not have to remain that way forever. This episode is ultimately an invitation into a different understanding of spiritual awakening and consciousness expansion—not as something separate from our human wounds, but as the willingness to meet them with awareness, compassion, forgiveness, and an open heart. As we heal, we become less reactive and more present. We learn to hold space for others because we have learned to hold space for ourselves. And from that place, service begins to arise naturally—not from obligation, but from our connection with one another and with life itself. The transformation we seek in our communities, our relationships, our food systems, our oceans, our education, and our world is inseparable from the transformation happening within each of us. When we set ourselves free, we set the world free. Remember Why You Came — Reconnecting with the Living Earth

What if the future we're longing for isn't something we have to find—but something we're being asked to remember how to create? In this deeply reflective episode of Conversations for Change, Becky begins with a memory from decades ago: sitting on the floor of a small room in Hilo, Hawaii, with her young son, listening to poet Gary Snyder read from Cold Mountain Poems. That memory—and the later realization that she had unknowingly lived within reach of Joseph Campbell while he was teaching in Hawaii—becomes the doorway into a much larger exploration of memory, mythology, nature, purpose, and what it means to be human at this pivotal moment in our collective journey. We live in a world filled with noise, distraction, consumption, and stories telling us where to look for meaning. But what if what matters most has never been out there? What if the way home is within? In this episode, Becky explores our profound relationship with the living Earth—the source of every breath, sound, texture, nourishment, shelter, and physical experience we have ever known. She reflects on how deeply humanity has forgotten that relationship and suggests that healing our world may begin by restoring our capacity to feel that connection again. From grounding and energetic connection with the Earth to gratitude, presence, conscious creation, and regeneration, this episode invites us to reconsider our role here. Rather than powerless observers of a world seemingly beyond our control, what if we recognize ourselves as participants—and co-creators? Becky explores how our focus, choices, expectations, and intentions help shape both our individual experience and the world we collectively bring forth. Instead of continually giving our attention to what is broken, she invites us to notice, support, imagine, and participate in what is already emerging: healing, regeneration, new forms of community, and new possibilities for how we care for ourselves, one another, and the planet. Drawing on Joseph Campbell's understanding of the hero's journey, this conscious conversation ultimately asks us to consider whether humanity itself may be standing at a threshold—a moment of decision in which each of us is being invited to remember the deeper purpose beneath our conditioning, our stories, and our fears. Because perhaps spiritual awakening isn't about escaping this world at all. Perhaps it's about becoming fully present to it. Remembering that we belong to the Earth. Remembering our capacity to heal. Remembering our soul purpose. And remembering why we came. Remembering Who You Are — Consciousness, Healing & Human Potential with Graham Skidmore

What happens when you achieve everything you were taught to want—and discover that somewhere along the way, you've lost yourself? In this expansive and deeply personal conversation, Becky sits down with Graham Skidmore to explore his remarkable journey from corporate success and profound unhappiness to spiritual awakening, self-understanding, and a radically different vision of human potential. After spending 21 years building a successful corporate career and eventually reaching the C-suite, Graham found himself confronting an unsettling truth: by conventional standards he had done everything right, yet at the height of his success he barely recognized the person looking back at him in the mirror. What followed was an eight-year journey of questioning nearly everything he'd been taught about himself, healing layers of conditioning, shame and fear, and learning to understand his neurodivergence, intuitive abilities and sensitivity through entirely new lenses. Together, Becky and Graham explore what it means to move beyond labels without denying their usefulness, how intuitive and spiritual abilities can appear in surprisingly subtle ways, and why learning to trust our own experience may be one of the most important parts of the spiritual awakening journey. They also speak candidly about the very real process of questioning your sanity when your experience begins moving beyond conventional explanations—and the importance of curiosity, discernment, trusted relationships and remaining grounded while exploring the unknown. The conversation then moves from personal transformation into a much larger question: What might our institutions look like if they were designed around the uniqueness and potential of human beings rather than asking human beings to conform to the system? Graham shares his emerging work to create new models of health, education and human development grounded in individualized support and an understanding of consciousness as fundamental to our experience. His Harmony Health Institute, for example, is being developed around a self-guided model that brings traditional and non-traditional practitioners together while asking a very different question—not simply What's wrong with you?, but What are you trying to become, and how can we support your journey? From there, Becky and Graham explore regeneration, innate intelligence, reality creation and the extraordinary capacity of living systems—including human beings—to heal, adapt and thrive when given the right environment and support. Their conscious conversation ultimately becomes an invitation to reconsider many of the limitations we've accepted about ourselves and to ask instead: What becomes possible when we begin directing our attention toward what we want to create? Whether you're moving through your own spiritual awakening, learning to understand your sensitivity or neurodivergence, questioning conventional definitions of success and wellbeing, or simply curious about consciousness expansion and human potential, this episode offers an inspiring reminder that becoming ourselves may be less about adding something new—and more about releasing what has prevented us from remembering who we were all along. Life Beyond the Veil — A Conversation with Medium Sandy Queen

What if death isn't an ending, but simply a transition into another way of being? In this deeply personal and thought-provoking conversation, Becky sits down with medium and educator Sandy Queen to explore a lifetime of extraordinary experiences that challenged her understanding of reality and transformed the way she sees life, death, and consciousness. Raised as the daughter of a Southern Baptist minister, Sandy shares how an unexpected encounter with her late mother became the beginning of a journey into mediumship—one she never sought, but gradually learned to embrace with humility, discernment, and deep respect. Through remarkable stories of spirit communication, intuitive knowing, ancestral healing, and synchronicity, she reflects on what it means to live in relationship with a reality that extends far beyond the physical world. Together, Becky and Sandy explore the nature of consciousness, the continuity of life beyond death, psychopomp work, ancestral patterns, inherited trauma, dreams, intuitive guidance, and the profound role that forgiveness plays in healing across generations. Rather than presenting fixed answers, they invite listeners into an open-hearted exploration of experiences that challenge conventional assumptions while encouraging discernment, curiosity, and compassion.
