She shares what drove her success early on: working extremely hard with clear milestones, taking chances, and remembering that success is a collective game built with mentors, sponsors, and strong teams. She also speaks candidly about balance, using the “juggler” metaphor to explain why it is okay to drop a ball sometimes, and why learning to accept you cannot give 100% to everything takes time and looks different for everyone.
