Field Notes by Ground Crew is a place to capture those observations. Not advice, just notes on how I’m seeing good contractors run their companies. Obviously nothing from peer group meetings is ever shared. Those conversations are private. Instead, we'll look at patterns and themes across companies that are on the way from good to great and hopefully offer a little encouragement for those on the journey. This episode sets the foundation for what to expect.
