Why These Divorce Lawyers Think Everyone Should Get a Prenup | Caroline Johnson & Christen Ritchey

What do divorce lawyers know about marriage that most couples don’t think about until it’s too late? On this episode of the Gold Coast Podcast, Eric Winegard sits down with Caroline Johnson and Christen Ritchey, Founding Partners of Johnson Ritchey Family Law, for a candid conversation about marriage, divorce, prenups, relationships, children, and the issues they see couples fight over every day. Caroline and Christen explain why they believe the conversations couples have before marriage can matter just as much as what happens after the wedding. From money and children to lifestyle, retirement, conflict, and expectations, they break down the topics couples often avoid until those differences become much harder to ignore.  They also challenge the stigma around prenuptial agreements. Caroline says she believes everyone getting married should consider one, not simply to protect what they have today, but to create a clearer roadmap for what happens as life, finances, and families evolve. The conversation also gets into the emotional side of divorce, how resentment can turn even small disagreements into expensive battles, what happens when children get caught in the middle, therapy, co-parenting, and why the goal after a breakup should be to love your children more than you hate your ex. And yes, they share some wild divorce stories, including one multimillion-dollar case that nearly stalled over five TVs. The Best Injector Might Be the One Who Tells You No | Julie Lorenzo

How do you enhance your appearance without reaching the point where you no longer look like yourself? On this episode of the Gold Coast Podcast, Eric Winegard sits down with Julie Lorenzo, Owner and Founder of Jewels x Aesthetics, for a candid conversation about the aesthetics industry, entrepreneurship, and why sometimes the most important thing an injector can do is tell a patient no. After more than a decade in aesthetics, Julie believes the difference between a good injector and a great one isn’t simply technical skill; it’s restraint. She explains why “less is more,” how people can fall into the cycle of always wanting a little more Botox or filler, and why her goal is to enhance someone’s natural features rather than completely change the way they look. But Julie’s story goes far beyond aesthetics. She also opens up about leaving a comfortable career to launch her own practice, starting intentionally with low overhead, navigating the fear of replacing a steady income, and building a business without a financial safety net. And she did it during one of the hardest seasons of her life, losing two family members, nearly losing another, and still showing up every day to get the business off the ground. Her mindset at the time was simple: have the breakdown, ice your face, and get back to work. Eric and Julie also discuss microneedling, skincare, radiofrequency treatments, building confidence, the realities of running a business, marketing mistakes, and what it takes to grow from a one-person practice into something bigger. Julie’s philosophy at Jewels x Aesthetics is simple: natural results that keep you looking like you, just slightly elevated. Why the Cheapest Builder Can Cost You Millions on a Luxury Home | John Snellman

Why does the cheapest construction bid sometimes become the most expensive option? In this episode of the Gold Coast Podcast, Eric Winegard, CEO of Rare Blue Moon Marketing, sits down with John Snellman Jr., Principal Owner and General Contractor of Snellman Construction, to talk about luxury home construction, family business, pricing, growth, and what homeowners often misunderstand before starting a major build. John is a fourth-generation builder who grew up on job sites before eventually helping bring his family’s businesses from Connecticut to South Florida. After “burning the boats” and starting over, the family expanded into landscaping and pest control while rebuilding the high-end residential construction business.   John explains why simply comparing builders by price per square foot or choosing the lowest bid can be dangerous. In luxury construction, design decisions, engineering, materials, finishes, and scope can dramatically change the true cost, and he explains why getting the builder involved early can help prevent budget creep before construction even begins.  They also discuss surviving four generations as a family business, building company culture, working with family, raising the next generation, private equity in home services, and John’s long-term vision for Snellman Construction, Perfect Cut Landscaping, and East Coast Sprayers. Doctors Told Him It Was in His Head, Then He Found Mercury Poisoning | Kyle Hulbert

Kyle Hulbert looked successful from the outside, but says he knew something was wrong. In this episode of the Gold Coast Podcast, Eric Winegard, CEO of Rare Blue Moon Marketing, sits down with Kyle Hulbert, CEO of The Longevity Centers of America, to talk about the personal health journey that ultimately led him into longevity medicine. Kyle says that while he was in school and later working in his family’s construction business, he struggled with severe fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, allergies, and major changes in his mental health. After seeing multiple doctors without getting an answer, he eventually sought more extensive testing and says he was diagnosed with mercury poisoning. That experience led him to the physician who would later become his business partner. The conversation also gets into testosterone replacement therapy, supplements, stem-cell therapies, lab monitoring, heavy metals, and what Kyle believes people should ask before choosing a longevity or wellness clinic. Kyle also shares the business side of the story: before entering healthcare, he says he helped grow his family’s construction company from roughly $14–15 million to $50 million in about three years. Today, The Longevity Centers of America operates multiple clinics and plans to continue expanding.  Guest: Kyle Hulbert CEO of The Longevity Centers of America Hosted by:  Eric Winegard CEO of Rare Blue Moon Marketing Thank you all for listening in on today's episode of The Gold Coast Podcast!

He’s Been Restoring Hair for 30 Years, Here’s What Men Get Wrong | Dr Alan Bauman

Can you optimize your testosterone without sacrificing your hair? In this episode of the Gold Coast Podcast, Eric Winegard, CEO of Rare Blue Moon Marketing, sits down with Dr. Alan J. Bauman, MD, ABHRS, Founder and Medical Director of Bauman Medical, for a deep dive into modern hair restoration, thinning hair, testosterone, DHT, laser therapy, PRP, and hair transplantation. Dr. Bauman explains why genetics are only one part of the hair-loss equation and how factors including hormones, stress, sleep, inflammation, nutrition, medications, and rapid weight loss may contribute to changes in hair. He also discusses why increasing testosterone can increase DHT exposure in people who are susceptible to male-pattern hair loss. Eric also shares his own experience with testosterone and changes in his hair, leading to a conversation about whether men can pursue hormone optimization while also protecting their hair. Dr. Bauman also breaks down laser caps, PRP, FUE hair transplantation, and one of the biggest misconceptions around surgery: transplanted follicles can be permanent, but the surrounding non-transplanted hair may still continue to thin without an ongoing preservation strategy. Beyond medicine, Dr. Bauman shares how he started Bauman Medical in Boca Raton with zero staff, his wife answering the phones, and a business loan that was canceled at the last minute before ultimately building the practice into a destination for patients from around the world.  Guest:  Dr. Alan J. Why Some Florida Homes Sell Before Buyers Ever See Them | David & Sonia Hall

What happens when a homeowner believes their property is worth far more than the market is willing to pay? In this episode of the Gold Coast Podcast, Eric Winegard, CEO of Rare Blue Moon Marketing, sits down with David Hall, Broker Associate, and Sonia Hall, Sales Associate, of Hall Luxury Homes Group at Compass in Boca Raton to talk about what really happens behind the scenes in luxury real estate. David and Sonia share the story of a seller they advised against significantly overpricing her condo. She chose another broker, eventually went through multiple agents, and ultimately sold for far less than she originally hoped. They explain why taking an overpriced listing can hurt both the seller and the agent and why sometimes the most valuable thing a real estate professional can do is tell a client something they don’t want to hear.  They also break down the new buyer-broker agreement process, why committed buyers may gain access to opportunities before others, and how they secured a rare three-bedroom Boca condo after months of pursuing the property.  The conversation also covers Boca Raton’s luxury lifestyle, East Boca, Mizner Village, The Boca Raton, marketing high-end properties, referrals, negotiation, and what it actually takes to serve luxury buyers and sellers at a high level.
