What if being the youngest person in the room wasn’t a disadvantage—but an invitation to think bigger? At just 23 years old, Jadyn Henderson is the COO of Lifestyle Development Group, helping lead a growing real estate development company. But behind the impressive title is a story of learning on the fly, taking risks, making mistakes, building confidence, and refusing to let age determine what she’s capable of. In this episode of the KW Next Gen Podcast, Jadyn joins host Kaitlyn Pennington to talk about stepping into leadership at a young age, working alongside family, “failing her way forward,” and learning that great leaders don’t have to have everything figured out. In fact, that may be one of the most powerful parts of Jadyn’s story. She’s quick to admit she doesn’t have it all figured out. She makes mistakes, asks for help, and is constantly learning how to become a better COO and leader. After once feeling pressure to prove herself as the youngest person in the room, she’s learned that authenticity, humility, and being open to growth are strengths—not weaknesses. After attending QL Summit and completing KW Next Gen coaching, Jadyn has also shifted how she thinks about success. Instead of measuring her life by checking off every goal exactly as planned, she’s focused on living her mission: “To create lasting generational impact by developing people, building communities, and leading with purpose.” In this episode: Building confidence when you’re the youngest person in the roomLeading before you feel completely readyThinking bigger while staying open to where life takes youWhy humility and authenticity make better leaders“Failing your way forward” and learning on the jobThe impact of mentorship, coaching, and communityWhether you’re just getting started or already building something big, this conversation is a reminder that you don’t need to have it all figured out to take your next Quantum Leap.
