Jen

A podcast for meaningful conversation. Come in and get comfy while we talk about all the things - from pop culture and mental health to healing from past trauma and everything in between. This is a good time, in a safe place, where you can set down the weight of the world and just focus on yourself for a bit. I'm Jen- a neuro-spicy eldest daughter on my own healing journey. After years of doing the "work" quietly, its time to heal out loud. I wan to to share my story and my experience, the lessons I have learned along the way, and create a supportive loving community where we can all grow together. This space is open to everyone who feels called to be here. So, Come in and get comfy. There is much to discuss!
