But today, it resurfaced. This "lost" episode is a living testimony that nothing is ever truly lost when you keep moving forward. It is honest, raw, and a reminder that even when our voices feel hidden by the weight of MS and daily complications, they deserve to be heard. When I realized this recording was missing, it felt like a heavy blow. It wasn't just a technical glitch; it felt like my words and my energy from that moment were stripped away. I searched everywhere and eventually had to let it go, assuming it was part of the "noise" and frustration we often face. ​Finding it today, tucked away in a hidden corner of my device, reminded me so much of my journey with MS. There are days when I feel like my spirit or my strength is buried under layers of pain and exhaustion. I think it’s gone, but it’s actually just waiting for the right moment to be uncovered. I'm sharing this now because it represents the persistence required to be a warrior—sometimes you have to dig deep to find what you thought you lost.Finding this file was a sign: what is meant for you will always find its way back to you.
