    After six months of waiting the MTB World Series kicked off in South Korea. Fresh from the TNT commentary booth Oli Beckingsale and Ric Mclaughlin look back at the action and the movers and shakers from Round 1. The duo look at the fresh bikes and kit that were hidden under the mud. Plus get over excited about the XC classic that is Nove Mesto, the location of Round 2.

    Phil Dixon- Leading Cannondale Factory Racing into 2026

    What does it take to manage and coach some of the best riders in the World one of the biggest XC teams? How do you select the team, manage the form of the riders and win World Cup races? Well we got to ask Phil Dixon, the manager and coach of Cannondale Factory Racing Team these questions and the key to getting on the top step! Phil Dixon has been involved at the sharp end of elite XC racing for 25 years, first as a successful road and cycle cross racer and then as a coach. He quickly graduated from Youth coaching to managing the British XC team at the 2008 Olympic Games. Phil joined the Cannondale Factory Racing team in 2015, firstly as coach and is now the manager of CFR as well as the head coach He has worked and does work with the best in the business, Including World Champions and Olympic medals.

    With one hundred days to the opening XC World cup Oli is joined by Ric McLaughlin, lead commentator at the Whoop UCI Mountain Bike World Series. The pair look at last season, the 2026 race venues and run through the teams, how was 2025? New signings and thoughts for the coming year?     Its Cyclo- Cross Worlds week and Oli is joined by the ideal guest in Simon Burney, the godfather of UK cross racing. This year will be Simon's 45th consecutive CX worlds as either a rider, manager, organiser, commentator or spectator. Simon has managed some of the biggest teams in XC and CX, including looking after Oli at his spell running the National team.
