ArcheTAP Podcast Welcome to ArcheTAP — a podcast where we talk to the nervous system instead of yelling at it. I’m Joan, and I use EFT tapping alongside archetypes, Gene Keys, and Human Design to help people understand why they react the way they do — and how to calm the body without turning everything into a personal failure. Every episode, we explore: • the current energetic or genetic theme • how it shows up emotionally, physically, and relationally • what it’s doing to your nervous system • and then we tap on it — together This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about noticing patterns without making them a moral issue. ArcheTAP episodes drop every six days, aligned with the Human Design transit cycle. Each episode focuses on a specific gate or archetypal theme and how it’s being activated collectively — meaning we’re all feeling it at the same time, whether we realize it or not. You’ll hear about: • nervous system regulation • imagination, pressure, judgment, codependence, and desire • how genetics and epigenetics show up in real life • why your body reacts before your brain catches up • and how to work with that instead of fighting it At the end of most episodes, we tap. You don’t need experience. You don’t need perfect technique. You don’t even need to believe in tapping. Just follow along — or don’t. It still works. I guide tapping in a conversational, call-and-response style. Think “thinking out loud with your body,” not a polished self-help script. If you’re watching the video, you’ll see the tapping points. If you’re just listening, the points are always listed in the episode notes. Use one hand or two. Tap about five to eight times per point. Don’t count. Don’t overthink it. Your nervous system loves rhythm, not perfection. ArcheTAP is for you if: • you’re self-aware but still reactive • you’re tired of fixing yourself • you feel things in your body before you understand them • you like spiritual concepts but need them grounded • you want clarity without pressure Some episodes are short and punchy. Some are deeper and more “sit with this.” All of them are meant to meet you where you actually are. This podcast isn’t here to tell you who to be. It’s here to help your system soften enough to find out. New episodes every six days. Tap along when you want. Listen when you need. And let your body do what it already knows how to do.

Expectation and Disappointment, the Gift Hidden Inside Both | Gate 42 | April 11-16

Gate 42 is The Way of Detachment — and its shadow, Expectation, is one of the most quietly exhausting patterns a nervous system can carry. In this episode, we work with the biology of leucine and the Ring of Life and Death to understand why endings feel dangerous, where the grip comes from ancestrally, and how detachment isn't about not caring — it's about caring without a white-knuckled hold on the outcome. The tapping sequence supports releasing old expectations, completing what's actually done, and making real space for what comes next. Gate 51: What if Disruptions are a Good Thing?

Gate 51 is the Gate of Shock — the thunderbolt that disrupts, initiates, and awakens. Its shadow is agitation: the low-grade restlessness, competitive edge, and nervous system bracing that comes from a lineage that learned to expect the worst. Its gift is initiative — the courage to lean into disruption instead of fighting it. In this episode, we work with the biology of arginine, the ancestral patterns of over-control, and the paradox at the heart of this gate: that gentleness, not force, is what moves us through initiation "Shock reboots your entire system." "Agitation is the background noise of life." "Shock is the body of initiation." Control Is Not the Same as Safety — Gate 21 March 30-April 4

Gate 21 is the gate of the Treasurer — and right now it's asking one of the hardest questions in the whole Human Design wheel: can you trust life enough to stop gripping it? This episode goes both macro and personal. We look at what the Gate 21 shadow looks like at civilizational scale — governments consolidating power, tech monopolies, collective panic-buying — and then we bring it all the way down to the body. The parent who can't stop solving. The person who checks their account seventeen times a day. The one who monitors every emotional temperature in every room. Same shadow, different zip code. We tap to release the grip — not the care, not the responsibility, just the white-knuckling. And we find our way toward what real authority actually feels like. We’ve moved from Gate 17 (mental flexibility) to Gate 21 (control vs trust), asking us to loosen the grip on life.Control is biologically rooted in the thymus, the immune gland that’s basically an internal guard dog gone rogue. The shadow of Gate 21 is all about hypervigilance—constant scanning, over-responsibility, suppressed creativity, and clenched jaws. Our collective nervous system is mimicking governmental upheavals—think hoarding, panic buying, and obsessively checking accounts. The ancestral trauma of scarcity keeps us gripping even when resources are abundant. The highest gift of Gate 21 isAuthority— steady, trustworthy leadership that emerges when we give up control. Practical tip: Tap on your collarbone to signal the body that safety is an inside job.Trust the well—you don’t have to control everything because life keeps replenishing itself. The paradox: true power is about surrender, not control.Look for evidence of being supported: the people, moments, and resources that show your well is full—without you chasing them. Gate 17: Your Opinion Is Not the Truth (But It's Trying to Be) March 24 – 30, 2026

We're in one of the most opinion-saturated moments in modern history — and Gate 17 just landed in the Sun. This episode is about what happens when your opinions stop being thoughts you're having and start becoming the thing your nervous system organizes itself around protecting. We talk about the pituitary, arginine, the ancestral roots of rigid thinking, and what's actually happening in the world right now. Then we tap to release the grip — not on the opinion, but on the need for it to win. Aries season. New year. Wide eyes. Let's go.
