Plot Twist: I’m actually IN Love with ME!

What if heartbreaks and loss didn’t just break you… what if it introduced you to yourself? Somewhere along this journey, I realized something I honestly never expected: I’m falling in love with me. Not in the cliché “love yourself” kind of way. I mean actually getting to know myself. Dating myself. Spending time alone. Trying new things. Watching myself change. Discovering parts of me I didn’t even know existed. And the wildest part? I started realizing how much I genuinely enjoy being me. This heartbreak led me into a completely different version of myself—one who takes risks, explores, says yes to new experiences, and isn’t afraid of the unknown. Because you can’t create a new version of yourself while constantly living the same life, thinking the same thoughts, and doing the same things. And then I noticed something else… My mind got quiet. The constant overthinking, replaying, questioning, and searching for answers started to fade. I had all this space in my head. And I finally realized… It’s called peace. This is an episode about heartbreak, loss, pain, and becoming, dating yourself, falling in love with who you are, and discovering that sometimes the person you were looking for was you all along.

Being Human is Hard as F**k!

Being human is hard as f**k. And I don’t think we talk enough about that. We talk about healing like it’s this beautiful journey where you meditate, journal, drink your green juice, learn your lessons… and suddenly you’re this healed, evolved version of yourself. But honestly? Healing has taken me to places I didn’t even know existed. Places inside myself that I didn’t know were there. Parts of me I had buried. Parts of me I had rejected. Parts of me that were scared, angry, messy, wild, loving, powerful… all of it. And there were moments where I genuinely thought, “What the f**k is happening to me?” But eventually, I realized I wasn’t falling apart. I was changing. And change is uncomfortable as hell because sometimes the version of you that you’re becoming requires you to let go of the version of you that kept you safe. For me, one of the biggest shifts happened when I finally surrendered to God. Not in a “I’m giving up” kind of way. But in a “I don’t need to control every f*****g thing anymore” kind of way. I started letting God lead me. And slowly, I learned how to listen. I learned that sometimes God speaks through resistance. Sometimes when I’m forcing something, chasing something, convincing myself something is right… everything feels heavy. And I’ve learned to pay attention to that. Because when the path feels forced, maybe it’s not my path. And when something feels aligned, when I can move without constantly fighting for it, when the doors seem to open naturally… I listen to that too. That doesn’t mean life suddenly became easy. It means I learned how to navigate it. I learned that I don’t have to understand every turn before I take it. I just have to trust that I’m being guided. And maybe that’s what healing really is. Not becoming a person who never struggles. But becoming someone who knows how to move through the struggle. Someone who can surrender. Someone who can trust. Someone who can recognize when it’s time to let go. And someone who is willing to become a completely new version of themselves, even when becoming her hurts. So today, we’re talking about the messy, uncomfortable, wild f*****g journey of healing. The places it takes you. The things it forces you to release. And what happens when you stop fighting life and finally let God lead you home to yourself.

The moment I realized the Healing Work was actually WORKING.

I saw a picture I wasn’t expecting to see, and instead of feeling what I thought I would feel, I noticed something else: peace. In this episode, I talk about the surprising moment that showed me how much healing has actually happened over these past months. I’m not 100% healed, but for the first time I can honestly see that the work, the tears, the prayers, the boundaries, and the focus on myself have paid off. I also share why I’ve been feeling so energized, so alive, and so high on life lately—and how I realized it isn’t because everything is perfect. It’s because my nervous system finally feels safe. After spending so long in survival mode, it feels like my entire body is taking the vacation it desperately needed. This is a conversation about healing, peace, and recognizing your own growth before you reach the finish line.

The Future I Wanted Surprisingly Didn’t include Him!

This is a very reflecting episode for *My current Journey to healing*, because I reviewed a list I made back in February and I realized everything came through!! The irony of this story is that I realized everything happened in the most unexpected way. I was expecting a different approach to this outcome and I thought this was going to be a life with a husband and kids. But I came to realize that in order for me to Live My Dream life I had to leave my old one behind. I realized that the biggest obstacle was the person that was draining me the most, taking my energy and my identity, to the point of losing sight of who I was; including my Goals and Dreams completely. Now I realized that Healing is Growth and they both come in the most unexpected ways. Doing things that scares me, surprisingly have been a huge factor to my healing process! Healing=Growth

    Found Happiness in the UNKNOWN

Hello my desmadre souls!! I went from being in the unknown here and there to NOW living in it 24/7 ! It’s amazing the way God can show you new ways of living and honesty; it can feel very scary at times, specially when you feel like you are in a very FRAGILE phase in your life, but it’s then when God is holding you the closest! He stripped me from everything that was heavy on me and for everything that wasn’t serving my purpose anymore and even though it hurt so bad.; Now I see it was necessary for me to go to the next level of my Human experience! I hope you enjoy this desmadre.

Healing, Monogamy, Polygamy, loquera and ME!

Hello my desmadre SOULS! In this episode, I talk about healing, identity, relationships, and the messy in-between of becoming yourself. From monogamy to polygamy, from guilt to freedom, from overthinking to full-on loquera — this is an honest conversation about trying new things, questioning old beliefs, and learning that DIFFERENT doesn’t automatically mean WRONG. I’m sharing the parts of me that are still healing, still exploring, still confused sometimes… but finally choosing to live more unapologetically and truthfully. This episode is raw, reflective, a little chaotic, BUT very ME. I hope you enjoy leave a comment with your thoughts if any!!
