In a world focused on achievement, production, and “what’s in it for me,” sometimes the greatest shift happens when we simply ask: ✨ “How can I help?” We discussed how service: * changes our mindset * deepens relationships * builds trust in business * creates meaning and fulfillment * helps pull us out of fear, stress, and self-focus One of the most powerful reminders from today: “Service isn’t always convenient… that’s why we call it service.” Whether it’s helping a client, supporting family, encouraging another agent, mentoring someone, or simply showing up for people with compassion — the small acts matter more than we realize. In AA they say: “You have to give it away to keep it.” And that applies to leadership, growth, healing, wisdom, and success too. Today’s reminder: Lead with heart. Lead with compassion.
