Members Only: The EverWash Podcast (Episode 9)

Most car wash operators don't have time to run a promotional calendar. Good news: you don't have to. In Episode 9 of Members Only, Jane Lee returns for Data Drip with the changes coming to EverWash's network-wide promo plan for 2027 — a multi-month promotional structure that spreads the same offer value across more months, and new eligibility guidelines that keep promotions working as intended. Then Max and Chris break down what it means for your wash. We're also joined in studio by Marc Leventhal, EverWash's Chief Operations Officer and one of the company's first employees, for a conversation about how the car wash industry has changed and how EverWash evolved to keep up. Plus: we're at Carwash Con East in Atlantic City, October 5–7. Find EverWash and Coinless together at Booth 324, with Fleet, Quick Scan, and the updated Attendant App. And we close it out with concerts and TV on Suds N' Stuff. Members Only: The EverWash Podcast (Episode 4)

In Episode 4 of Members Only: The EverWash Podcast, we're talking about one of the most underrated drivers of membership success — professional support — and what it actually takes to dominate your local market. First, Sean Pashley breaks down his "guerilla hiring" philosophy for building a summer sales force that can actually sell memberships — and why the right personality beats experience every time. Then, we welcome EverWash Membership Support Managers Sue Lorenzon and Kate Lorenzon to the studio for a deep dive into the human side of membership. From saving cancellations to building operator trust, Sue and Kate share what great support really looks like — and why the operators who take it seriously keep more members, longer. And then we call up Steve Chill of Chill's EZ Kleen in New Castle, PA — a multi-site IBA operator who has grown his membership revenue every single month since joining EverWash in July 2023. Steve shares how he went from one wash to three, how membership helped him freeze out a competitor who had already broken ground, and why every October, his car wash becomes the most terrifying attraction in western Pennsylvania.
