To cover these topics, we'll compare the examples of boeuff bourgignon and Monday night supper and then go through a great way to take the pressure out of recipe reading.

    I often hear, "I can't afford to eat real food" or "It's hard to eat well." I don't believe that's true.  We just need to start thinking about our food budget in a different way. Food, real food, CAN be affordable when sought after the right way.
