Breaking Down The Fear of Missing Out

Welcome to CaveTalk! In this episode we will hear from Ethan Done, a junior here at AFHS, about one of the most common fears that I notice high schoolers having, this being, the fear of missing out. We will talk about how we have noticed it in our lives and the lives of some of our closest friends. We will expand on that and talk about when we see this fear pop up and how we see it affect people. We will also discuss a way that maybe you all can adapt so you are not as hurt by this fear and you can learn to combat it or make it so it doesn't show up as much in your lives. I know we don't know everything but hopefully this can help you with your understanding and ability to combat the fear of missing out. Looking Forward to bringing you guys an episode every week during the school year.
