CAC: In Conversation with Albert County Authors Featuring Jennifer Shelby

Albert County is known to be home to many things: some of the most beautiful, dramatic landscapes in the world, a sanctuary for wildlife, agriculture, tourism, food, community, and bumpy roads are just the highlights of our claim to fame. What you may not realize is that it is also home to many creative people, specifically a thriving literary community. In our region, professional writers reside who explore everything from fiction, fantasy, and history to politics and current events.  One of those local writers is Jennifer Shelby. From the Caledonia Mountains, Jennifer is inspired to find the magic in the everyday and create magical works of hope for those who find their way to her books. Learn all about Jennifer, her books The Incredibly Truthful Diary of Nature Girl, The Care and Feeding of Your Little Band Bookshop, and  Borrowed Wings and Other Stories, and how her writing has taken her so many unexpected places (figuratively and literally, to the moon!). Stay tuned to upcoming podcasts to meet more Albert County writers as we celebrate the people, and stories, from our incredible region.  A big thank you to Friends of Fundy/Fundy Footsteps & Flavours for sponsoring this sub-series! Check out their informative and breathtaking website for more information about who they are and what they do! Connecting Albert County thanks our presenting sponsor, the Bennett & Albert County Healthcare Foundation.
