    In the Headlines: The Horsch House of Horrors

    Tina is back with another In the Headlines episode covering a disturbing and rapidly developing investigation out of Philadelphia. What began with a routine parking violation in June 2026 quickly spiraled into something investigators could never have anticipated. A woman was found using the identity of a missing person. Illegal firearms, drugs and fraudulent federal law-enforcement credentials were discovered. And eventually, investigators were led to a home at 417 West Chew Avenue. What police reportedly uncovered there—and on dozens of electronic devices seized from the property—has raised horrifying questions about multiple missing women and the two men who lived inside the house: Eugene Horsch and his late father, Raymond “R.C.” Horsch. With hundreds of thousands of photographs, tens of thousands of videos, disturbing writings, suspicious chemicals and newly reported footage investigators believe may document an actual murder, authorities are still trying to determine what happened inside the Horsch home—and how many victims may ultimately be connected to it. This investigation is ongoing.     Episode 37: The TikTok Dance Cult

    Tina leads this episode into the unsettling world of 7M Films, Shekinah Church, and the man at the center of it all: Robert Shinn. What appeared on social media to be a group of talented young dancers living their dreams in Los Angeles would eventually become the subject of disturbing allegations involving control, manipulation, financial exploitation, and isolation from family members. The story exploded when the family of TikTok dancer Miranda Derrick went public, claiming they had essentially lost their daughter and sister after she became involved with Shinn’s organizations. Soon, former members began coming forward with allegations of their own — painting a much darker picture of what was happening behind the perfectly choreographed TikTok videos. The allegations became the subject of the Netflix documentary Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult — but the story didn’t end when the cameras stopped rolling. In July 2025, federal agents executed search warrants at multiple properties connected to Robert Shinn and Shekinah Church as part of an ongoing criminal investigation. Then, on August 21, 2026, Laken pleaded guilty—and admitted in court that instead of helping her newborn son, she ended his life by depriving him of oxygen.     Episode 36: The Idaho 4 Murders

    Sarah leads this episode about the murders of four University of Idaho students — Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin — and the man who ultimately admitted to killing them, Bryan Kohberger. In the early morning hours of November 13, 2022, the four friends were murdered inside an off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho. For weeks, the college town was consumed by fear as investigators searched for the person responsible. Then, more than 2,000 miles away in Pennsylvania, police arrested criminology graduate student Bryan Kohberger. The investigation would involve DNA recovered from a knife sheath, surveillance footage, cellphone records, and a white Hyundai Elantra. Kohberger maintained his innocence for years — until a stunning reversal in 2025, when he pleaded guilty to all four murders and burglary, avoiding the death penalty.     Episode 33: Shanquella Robinson

    Tina leads this episode about the tragic death of a beautiful, successful, kind, and ambitious 25 year old woman named Shanquella Robinson. In October 2022, Shanquella set out on what was supposed to be a fun trip to Mexico with a group of friends. Less than 24 hours later, she would be found dead. Her friends initially explained the death was due to alcohol poisoning, but eventually, a much more sinister truth would be revealed. A horrifying video of Shanquella being brutally assaulted went viral, and everything changed. Infuriatingly, even though this video shows the assault on Shanquella before her death, and the perpetrator, no justice has been served.     Episode 32: Daisy De La O

    Sarah leads this episode about a beautiful, talented, sweet, and creative young woman named Daisy, living in Compton. She was tragically murdered at just 19 years old. All the evidence clearly pointed to her abusive, controlling ex-boyfriend, yet Daisy's murder case was basically ignored by authorities and the media. Although Daisy's identity was known, a local newspaper listed her as a 'Latina Jane Doe.' Her friends and family took to social media, and thanks to their unwavering dedication to get Daisy justice, her killer was convicted after fleeing to another country. You might not know this one, but you should.
