Homecoming: Where Neurodiversity, Spirituality & Creativity Meet

In her most impassioned episode to date, Rebecca explores the powerful intersection of neurodiversity, spirituality, and creativity. She invites all of us - whatever our neurology - to honor the places in ourselves that are most sensitive and porous. Rather than treating these traits as problems to be solved, Rebecca reframes our perceptual openness as deeply spiritual, capable of being with the unraveling of this moment while creating into the possibilities of tomorrow. Moving beyond clinical labels and standard accommodations, this episode is a call to reclaim our creative capacity and delight in what happens when we stop pathologizing different ways of being for the benefit of us all.  Resources:  Tami Simon, “Being Open: Spirituality and the Neurodivergent Mind.” Insights at the Edge: https://www.soundstrue.com/a/resources/insights-at-the-edge-podcast.  Amanda Doyle, Glennon Doyle, & Abby Wambach, “How to Find 5 Seconds of Peace with Morgan Harper Nichols.” We Can Do Hard Things:  https://open.spotify.com/episode/0dWg518Zq6ij8MPbXLzGBr?si=CEiGoJXWRtuHZdN_3SVQtg.  Host: Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu Original Music: Mapumba Cilombo Producers: Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu & Mapumba Cilombo Creative Directors: Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu & Mapumba Cilombo To learn more about Rebecca and her work, visit Together in Beauty - togetherinbeauty.com - home to the Liberating Beauty Podcast. Together in Beauty

When we lose someone close to us, it’s natural to long for them exactly as they were when we were together. When the memories of their voice or their particular quirks start to fade, the feeling of loss is compounded. How do we stay connected to the people we love when we can no longer locate them in our memories? This question is what inspired the Liberating Beauty podcast. Grounded in a recent birthday outing filled with color and style, Rebecca reflects on a knowingness that landed when her mom died: we don't have to search for the people we love in static memories. We meet them when we step into living resonance - through style, through creative expression, and through whatever releases us from the boundaries of time. There, we will always be together in beauty.
