Are You Actually Healed Enough to Date?

Okay bestie, this one got personal. I recorded this episode a few weeks ago and thought I was just answering a question I hear all the time: should you heal alone before dating, or can you heal through love? And then, in an interesting turn of events, my life decided to become a live demonstration of everything I said. In this episode I'm getting into what you actually CAN heal alone: your core values, your attachment style, your sense of self, learning to be comfortable in your own company, and what you genuinely cannot heal until you're back in it. Because some wounds, like trust, only heal when you're in the act of trusting someone again. Some patterns don't show up until someone is actually there to push your buttons. I also talk about why "healed" doesn't mean unbothered forever, the ACL surgery analogy that completely changed how I think about dating as part of the process, and the one thing I come back to when I feel old patterns starting to creep back in: learn to love without abandoning yourself. If you're in a season of wondering whether you're ready, this episode is for you. Butterflies Are a Trauma Response ft. Ashley Navarro

Okay besties, this one is going to hit different. This week I sat down with Ashley Navarro, a three-time certified life and relationship coach, and she said something in the first ten minutes that I genuinely cannot stop thinking about: butterflies and anxiety are the same thing. Literally the same physiological response. And everything I thought I knew about chemistry, attraction, and "the spark" was suddenly on trial. In this episode we get into radical responsibility and why the most empowering thing you can do in love is stop asking "why did he do this to me?" and start asking "what did I choose and why?" We talk about the castle framework for boundaries (yes, this changes everything), why honesty from a man is actually a green flag that we mislabel, the order you actually need to build trust in a relationship, and the one piece of advice for every woman who has ever said "there are no good men left." Ashley is the real deal. She's warm, she's direct, and she will lovingly call you out in the best way. Come ready to take notes. The Environment You Create Creates You

The Environment You Create Creates You What if the biggest thing holding you back isn't your goals... it's your environment?   In this solo episode, Kristina shares one of the most powerful lessons she's learned over the past few years. Long before her circumstances changed, her life changed because she started changing the rooms she walked into, the conversations she had, and the people she surrounded herself with.   If you've ever felt stuck, uninspired, or like you're outgrowing the version of yourself you've always been, this episode is your reminder that transformation doesn't start with motivation. It starts with your environment.   In this episode, you'll learn: • Why your life changes before your circumstances do • How your environment shapes your mindset, confidence, and future • The difference between "remember when" conversations and "what if" conversations • Why becoming the energy you want to attract changes everything • How to audit the people, spaces, and conversations influencing your life • One simple shift you can make today to start becoming the woman you're meant to be   The life you want isn't waiting for you somewhere in the future. It's being built by the rooms you choose to enter today.   If this episode resonates with you, share it with a friend who needs a reminder that who they're becoming starts with the environment they create. #TBH: Your 30s Are Better Than Your 20s

Your 30s might actually be the best decade yet... and we're making the case for it. Ariana Sullivan is back for another Bestie Hotline, and this week's questions did not disappoint. From outgrowing friendships to accidentally liking someone's Instagram from 2019, we're giving our completely unfiltered takes on the situations every woman secretly overthinks. We dive into why protecting your peace isn't selfish, what it really means to build your village, why your ex getting engaged can still sting even when you don't want them back, and whether wanting your glow up to prove people wrong is actually toxic. Expect plenty of laughs, sister advice, a few hot takes, and the reminder that your life isn't falling apart... you're probably just growing into a version of yourself that no longer fits your old life. In this episode we cover: • How to know when you've outgrown friendships • Why your 30s are better than your 20s • Building a village without burning yourself out • Why your ex moving on still hurts (and why that's normal) • What to do after the accidental Instagram like from years ago • Whether your glow up is really for you... or to prove people wrong   #TBH: Protect Your Peace, Not People's Feelings Because sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is stop watering relationships you've already outgrown.   Stay Connected If this episode resonated with you, don’t just listen,  join the movement. I Sold My First Business at 30. Here's What It Really Taught Me.

For the last three years, I've poured everything into building my first business. I started it at 27 with no clue what I was doing, learned how to navigate fear, landed my first client, scaled it into a six figure business, and this week... I officially sold it. But this episode isn't really about real estate. It's about what happens when you bet on yourself before you feel ready. We're talking about building confidence through action, why your first dream doesn't have to be your forever dream, how to know when it's time to pivot, and the lessons that came from building something that ultimately prepared me for something even bigger. If you've ever felt stuck in a career, questioned whether you're capable of starting something new, or wondered if you're allowed to change your mind after working so hard for something, this episode is for you. In this episode we talk about: • How I started my first business with zero experience • The biggest mindset shifts that changed my life • What it really feels like to build and sell a business • Why confidence is earned, not found • Knowing when it's time to walk away from something that's no longer aligned • Why your first chapter doesn't have to be your final destination Remember bestie, becoming HER isn't about getting everything perfect. It's about having the courage to take the next step before you know exactly how it'll all work out. If this episode inspired you, be sure to follow The RealHER Podcast, leave a review, and send it to a friend who's ready for her next chapter. From Corporate Burnout to Building a Life You Actually Love

What happens when the career you've spent years building suddenly disappears? This week I'm sitting down with my friend Alissa Winkler for one of my favorite conversations yet. We talk about leaving corporate life behind, starting over in a brand new city, building a business from scratch, navigating rejection, finding confidence when you don't feel ready, and creating a life that actually fits who you are. Alissa shares the reality of becoming a real estate agent during one of the most competitive markets, why cold calling nearly made her quit, how community completely changed her business, and what it has been like balancing entrepreneurship with becoming a first time mom. Along the way, we dive into entrepreneurship, imposter syndrome, delayed gratification, time management, confidence, relationships, and the reminder that success doesn't happen overnight. It happens one decision, one relationship, and one day at a time. If you've ever questioned whether you're on the right path, felt behind, or wondered if starting over is worth it, this episode is for you. In this episode we chat about • Leaving corporate and starting over from scratch • The reality of building a business without shortcuts • Why community beats cold outreach every time • Confidence, imposter syndrome, and learning as you go • Entrepreneurship, motherhood, and designing a life you actually love • Why your 30s might be your best decade yet • The power of deciding to quit or win Grab your favorite drink and come hang with us. From TMZ to Entrepreneurship with Nikki McGraw | Starting Before You're Ready What happens when the dream job you've worked years to build no longer feels like the life you're meant to live? This week, I'm sitting down with my friend Nikki McGraw, former TMZ producer turned entrepreneur, content creator, and business owner, for an honest conversation about reinvention, perfectionism, people pleasing, and learning to trust yourself enough to make the leap.
