    I'm Physically and Mentally Hurting Today

    I’m having a rough time today. For several reasons. It involves physical pain and poor mental health, both. It’s not easy to work 12-15 hours a day, every day. I don’t take time off from writing and podcasting here on Substack. That doesn’t jive with the high standards I set for myself. Though time off sounds nice, in theory, falling behind would only make my mental health even worse. Being in physical pain is also part of the problem. I’ve had three different issues the past 24 hours. One of them hurts pretty badly. Still, I push on and persevere. My work is important to me. I want to effect change for the better with my writing and podcasting. I talk about how difficult it is to know the right things to do. I don’t want to make things worse, and it’s such a conundrum to be in when you just want to progress and grow, but also feel better physically and mentally. I appreciate you giving this one a listen.     Have we become soft as Americans? Would our forefathers have yanked Traitor Trump out of the White House by the diaper and tossed him to an angry crowd by now? I tend to think "yes." But it starts with our elected officials. Politicians, judges, and the Supreme Court seem to have zero interest in stopping a lying, thieving, child-raping puke like Trump. This shit has to end. And it's going to take more effort than we're getting from the people who swore an oath to protect this nation from all its enemies. Foreign and especially domestic. Remember that part of it, Republicans? Wake up and do your f*****g jobs already.

    Michelle Obama Should Sue the F**k Out of Josh Hokit

    F**k going high when they go low. I think racists and bigots deserve every s****y consequence that they bring upon themselves. I understand where former First Lady Michelle Obama is coming from with her famous quote. But where has going high gotten us in the past decade? Nowhere. Not with a racist, bigoted, sexist, homophobic president who inspires dickless pieces of shit like Josh Hokit. Michelle Obama ought to sue his wilfully ignorant ass into bankruptcy. She’d have an open and shut case, what with him making his b******t declaration on live TV. You can’t praise Jesus in one breath and tear down a respected, beloved former First Lady with the next. I talk about this topic in today’s episode of our podcast. I’d love to see Mrs. Obama donate the money she receives from this punch-drunk asswipe to women’s charities.     Trashy UFC Fighter Calls Michelle Obama a Man

    Donald Douchebag’s UFC event/birthday party last night was as trashy as you’d expect. Well, maybe even a bit more than some of us figured. While I had a feeling that there would be a Jerry Springer-esque vibe to it, I had no idea that one of the participants would create a huge, ill-mannered ruckus. Especially one that targeted a former First Lady. This asswipe Josh Hokit called Michelle Obama a man. And this isn’t the first time he’s pulled this ridiculous shit. He has also called WNBA player Brittney Griner a man, too. He seems to have a thing for picking on women. It’s a damn shame he didn’t get his stupid ass kicked in last night’s fight. These MAGA fuckheads are ridiculous. They do their best to get any form of attention, even if it’s for deplorable behavior. Just like their shitiot president. I talk about this in today’s episode.     Damn, it's been a day. Gout flare-ups and a pulled lower back on the same day are b******t. I've dealt with the back pain for quite some time now. The gout, only a couple of years. At least I have my 14-year-old dog, Mooch, to go through this crap together. We look out for each other. It's sort of our thing. We've been side-by-side for the entire 4 1/2 years I've been a professional writer. She's been lying next to me during all 607 daily episodes in a row of my podcast. She's my mascot and best friend.     They FINALLY Took That F*****g Trump Flag Down

    It finally happened yesterday. Holy shit, I never thought the day would come. We’ve lived in our neighborhood for almost three years. The entire time we’ve been here, there’s been a Trump flag displayed on the house four down from us. The one on the corner. Mooch and I walk past it daily on our way to the park. Imagine walking by a house displaying a Trump flag for close to 800 days in a row. I’m not a fan of racist, bigoted people. Or those who are too dumb to know that their chosen president is a child-raping criminal. Though they’ve been friendly the handful of times I’ve seen them in their yard, I still get a negative vibe when Mooch and I walk past their home.     Traitor Trump's Worthless Name Removed from the Kennedy Center

    It was badass to hear about another Trump loss today. May it be one of many to come. So many of us hate that soulless piece of shit. We shouldn’t have to endure an infinitely stupid, career-criminal child rapist to put his f****d-up name all over things. Especially something as esteemed and revered as the Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts. The same place where all of the performers quit performing because he slapped his worthless name all over it. I talk about this in today’s episode of our podcast. He has been defeated, and the embarrassment and shame he’s feeling make me feel happy. I hope it angers him so much that he has a heart attack or strokes out. It’s long overdue.
