016 | Beyond Burnout: Becoming Fluent in Yourself | with Cindy Hyde

What if the exhaustion, irritability, and overwhelm you've learned to push through are actually your body's way of trying to get your attention? In this episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I'm joined by Cindy Hyde, founder and CEO of Soul State Wellness Inc., creator of The Human Dashboard™, somatic practitioner, and nervous system literacy educator, for a conversation about learning to listen to ourselves, recognizing the patterns that keep us stuck, and rediscovering what it feels like to truly live. After years in a high-performing corporate career and experiencing burnout and serious health challenges, Cindy began asking herself one powerful question: "What did I miss?" That question became the foundation of The Human Dashboard™, a framework designed to help people become more fluent in themselves. Together, we explore: Why we override our body's signals and normalize exhaustionThe subtle signs of stress, fatigue, and nervous system overload we often overlookHow perfectionism, hypervigilance, and the pressure to perform can disconnect us from ourselvesWhy feeling safe plays such an important role in accessing play, creativity, and joyThe relationship between awareness, self-trust, and making choices that honour our needsHow life's most challenging experiences can become catalysts for transformationFrom corporate burnout and generational patterns to intuitive play and the freedom to redefine success, this conversation is an invitation to get curious about what your body has been trying to tell you. Because life isn't meant to be a constant exercise in managing responsibilities. It's meant to be lived. 015 | You Were Never Meant to Do It All – Self-Trust, Support & Sustainable Success | With Business Coach Ana McRae

What if the next level of your business doesn’t require you to do more—but to get clearer on what actually matters, lean further into your strengths, and allow yourself to be supported? In this episode, I’m joined by my business coach, Ana McRae, for a conversation about building a business that supports the life you actually want to live. After nearly a year of working together, Ana and I reflect on some of the biggest shifts I’ve experienced in my own business—from strengthening my boundaries and leadership to trusting my vision, moving through growth edges faster, and letting go of the belief that I have to figure everything out myself. We explore why ambitious entrepreneurs often think they need more accountability when what they truly need is clarity, what happens when a business is built around a founder’s overexertion, and why your greatest strengths might be hiding in the things that have always felt like play to you. We also discuss the power of having a “second brain” in your business, the relationship between structure and creativity, learning to receive support, and getting radically honest about what you actually want—rather than building a version of success based on what you think you should want. The big vision isn’t the delusion—it's believing that you can't have it. In this episode, we explore: Why doing more usually isn’t the answerAccountability vs. clarity for ADHD entrepreneursBuilding a business around your natural strengthsThe difference between your zone of excellence and what feels like playSelf-trust, boundaries, leadership, and moving through growth edgesWhy support can accelerate your vision instead of diminishing your independenceCreating a business that supports your desired life Featuring Guest Speaker: Ana McRae | Business Coach Ana McRae is a business coach who helps ADHD entrepreneurs scale service-based businesses from six figures to a million and beyond. She believes in creating growth that shows up in your bank account, your nervous system, and your calendar. Through 1:1 coaching, she helps clients build the strategy, structure, and leadership to scale without sacrificing the life their business was meant to support. 013 | Be More Delusional – Trusting the Reality You Can’t See Yet

What if it’s not your vision that’s delusional, but the belief that you can’t have it? Lately, I’ve had the overwhelming sense that I’m standing on the edge of a major shift. I can see pieces coming together intuitively, but there’s very little tangible evidence yet to prove where any of it is leading... So, naturally, I decided to record a podcast episode about it. Enter the messy, mysterious internal world I’ve been navigating lately—from redefining success and trusting my intuition to confronting shame, acknowledging hidden desires, and opening myself to a completely different vision for my future. I don’t know exactly how this story ends yet, and that’s kind of the point. Right now, I’m learning to trust what I see, stay open to what I can’t see, and let whatever has been planted beneath the soil emerge in its own time. In this episode: Trusting your vision before you have evidence Why a little “delusion” might actually be necessary Redefining what success looks and feels like Following intuitive breadcrumbs without forcing an outcome The unexpected desire I uncovered for a business partner How shame can hide our deeper desires Creating space for what wants to come next A peek into the Creatrix Codes and Spiral Path work Links & resources mentioned:→ My September 13 Substack article: https://sacralrose.substack.com/p/this-final-layer-of-shame-opens-the→ The Pollen Path on Substack: https://sacralrose.substack.com/ If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear your biggest takeaway. 012 | That’s for Me, Too – Rewriting the Voice That Limits You | With Author Caroline Salvador

What if the voice inside your head could become one of your greatest allies instead of one of your biggest limitations? In this episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I’m joined by author, speaker and mindset expert Caroline Salvador, whose first book, The Powerful Little Voice, explores the relationship between our inner dialogue, self-belief and the way we move through the world. Caroline and I first met nearly a decade ago through a personal development program, and years later, I had the honour of designing the cover of the book that grew from her own journey through fear, doubt and personal transformation. We talk about learning to recognize the thoughts quietly running in the background, the difference between fear and intuition, why simply forcing ourselves to “think positive” isn’t always the answer, and how self-trust grows when we learn to believe ourselves—not just believe in ourselves. We also explore what happens when you begin letting yourself want more: bigger dreams, deeper fulfillment, greater possibility. Instead of looking at someone else’s life and thinking, “I could never have that,” what if you could look at it and say, “Ooh…that’s for me, too”? Caroline shares the very real process of writing The Powerful Little Voice while simultaneously living its lessons, including the moments when her own beliefs about worthiness brought the writing process to a standstill—and how becoming a new version of herself ultimately allowed her to bring the book into the world. We get into self-worth, play, joy, creativity, comparison, courage, infinite possibility and the uncomfortable-but-beautiful process of becoming someone capable of holding a bigger vision for their life. Because maybe everything you need to take your next step isn’t somewhere outside of you. Maybe it’s been inside you all along. SPECIAL: What If Anything Is Possible? The Possibility Script Method

What would you choose if you stopped asking what was realistic, and finally gave yourself permission to imagine infinite possibility? In this special episode of The Erin Wilson Show, I'm sharing a free overview of The Possibility Script Method: my 5-step identity + reality upgrade practice for visionary women, founders and creatives ready to get radically honest about what they desire, expand what feels possible, and begin embodying their next-level identity. We'll explore my Possibility Gap framework and why imagining a new reality is only part of the process. We also need to become increasingly available for it through embodiment, belief and aligned action. I'll walk you through the five steps I use to create a Possibility Script, from setting the space and shifting into a playful, embodied state to free-flow scripting and bringing the practice into everyday life. This isn't about writing down a dream and waiting for the universe to deliver it. It's an experiment in possibility. An invitation to stop rehearsing the limitations of your current circumstances and ask a much more interesting question: If anything were possible… what would I choose? If this overview sparks something in you, you can go deeper with me inside The Possibility Script Method Deep Dive, where we'll explore envy, desire, embodiment and identity, I'll share the audacious script I'm currently working with, and you'll be invited to create your script alongside me. https://sacralrose.com/possibility-script
