    10. A collection of small joys

    In this catch-up episode, I’m sharing highlights from a recent hike in the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula, reflecting on the moments and observations that stayed with me long after the walk ended. I also dive into a few words I’ve been loving lately, oscillating and unorthodox, and why certain words have a way of capturing our attention and finding their place in everyday life. On the reading front, I’m sharing thoughts on God’s Child, the book currently on my bedside table, while also listening to the audiobook of Inferno and exploring its vivid and timeless storytelling. To finish, I’m talking about my latest fragrance obsession: Emporio Armani’s Power of You, a scent that has quickly become a favourite.     02: Overthinking exercise as a woman

    Quite literally spilled the tea this week ☕ This past week has been a rollercoaster. From launching my first podcast episode to dealing with personal challenges, I’m reminded that life has many ups and downs. Dealing with my cat Bubbles’ health has been tough. I just learned she has thyroid cancer. 😢 But we’re exploring treatment options and focusing on the good. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed; we all have our struggles.
