    There’s a quiet kind of lost that doesn’t look dramatic from the outside. You’re functioning. You’re showing up. You’re doing what needs to be done. But internally, something feels off. The life you imagined doesn’t quite match the one you’re living. And you don’t necessarily want to blow everything up, you just know you can’t stay exactly where you are.
