Bonus Episode - Fine, I’ll Answer My Own Questions

After spending The Shift asking you some pretty big questions, I realized something: it’s probably only fair that I answer a few of them myself. So consider this the conversation after the conversation. In this bonus episode, I’m turning the questions back on myself and looking at a few shifts happening in my own life right now, from stepping into a new chapter in my career, to rethinking what’s working in my wellness routine, to trying to keep up with kids who seem determined to grow faster than I can comprehend. Because shifts don’t only happen when something goes wrong. Sometimes they happen because something went right. Sometimes something worked really well, until you realized you need something different now. And sometimes life is simply moving, whether you’re ready for the next version of it or not. In this episode: • Why growth can require a new version of you • Giving yourself permission to change something that worked • Learning to notice where you are instead of always preparing for what’s next • What I’m taking with me from this season • What I’m ready to leave behind One thing I’m learning? I can appreciate what got me here without requiring it to take me everywhere I’m going. Not every shift needs to be solved. Some need to be noticed. This is the final conversation of Season One of Sip Happens. Thanks for sipping along with me. Until next season, keep sipping before you move.
