    October 2026 — Big Bear Bonds and the Road Ahead

    October 2026 brings PRT home from Big Bear with fresh motivation for the season ahead. Ashley and Zube share camp reflections from Dan Mahaffey, first-timer Rafa Almeida, and Jorge Alcala: the Onyx climb, Taylor Warren's coaching, junior development, shared meals, and a NiteRider-supported night ride. They connect that weekend to Sunday's Gran Fondo training toward El Tour de Tucson, the 2027 sponsor announcement and Castelli kit reveal, and proposed bicycle safety improvements on Bonita Road.     September 2026 — Summer Heat, Island Racing, and the Road to Big Bear

    September is still bringing the heat for Padyak Racing Team. Ashley and Zube recap the 44th Dick Evans Memorial Road Race in Oahu, celebrate the final 2026 PRT Racers Cup standings, and catch up on Chula Vista Challenge triathlon podiums and the multisport Challenger's Cup.     August 2026 — The Race I Needed

    Arriving almost back-to-back with the delayed July episode, Ashley and Zube give August 2026 its own distinct identity: hard-earned lessons, mountain heat, and the people who help one another keep moving. At the heart of the episode is Cruz Rodriguez's candid account of Ironman 70.3 Ruidoso.     July 2026 — The Long Ride Home

    Ashley and Zube are back with the July 2026 update for Padyak Racing Team, and this one feels like the middle-of-summer reset after a huge first half of the season. They center the episode on Brandon van Baggen's Long Ride Home, a 2,200-kilometer ride from Portland to Coronado that began on July 7, 2026 in support of veteran mental health through Project Echelon.     Ashley and Zube are back with the June 2026 update for Padyak Racing Team, and the season's biggest weekend just delivered. They break down the full La Copa San Diego Omnium results — four first-place PRT podiums in a single day at the JKC Memorial Hunte Parkway Road Race, including Amelia Conkel's omnium win and Louie Tejeda's and Armen Khachadourian's category victories. They spotlight the massive volunteer effort behind the event (over 235 logged hours), the kids community bike race, the Perros Bravos 5K, and the collaboration with SDBC that made the two-day omnium possible.
